Bought it last week and used to wash our cars and house. It's very power and easy to use. I hope it will be working well for a few years. What confused me is that I can't wrap its power cord just as how it was done/shown in its pictures. it seems it missed some extra parts to do it. But other than that or I mis install something? but in general, it's great! Update: I bought it last July and used it only for about 15 times so far to wash my house and car. It worked fine until yesterday when tried to use it to wash my sunpower panels, Its motor failed to work 4 out 5 times, it feels like the outgoing water failed to trigger the motor to work, I checked and tried different ways but it doesn't help. I dont' know what to do! The tech support on Amazon is not for electrical ones which is rediculous. I used it barely and properly, and store it well, and now it doesn't work after 8 months with limited usage. I first left a 5 star good review but today I have to change my review. I wish my problem could be solved. It's frastrating.

The bad first, this might be my particular home but I can blow fuses in the power outlets if I put it on full power for a few minutes. I into need to press a button on the outlet to get the power back but it’s a small issue. The results have been amazing,, I use it primarily for a concrete porch area in front of my house. Being in Fort Lauderdale it’s tropical and we get a black mildew build up on the steps. This takes it right off using medium power. The steps dry much whiter and brighter too. Really impressed. It comes with several heads that vary in intensity. The red head is the hardest cleaning head with a very thin stream of water that will get almost any stains off anything for example but takes a long time to use as it is so directed to a small area cleaning at any one time. I got used to using the cleaner but I would advise people not to tighten the hose too hard on the cleaner or on the water hose as it can be difficult to get off. Follow instructions such as turning the water and power off and clearing out excess water from the machine to reduce internal pressure making it easier to remove the hose. There is practically no assembly required by the way.

We used it once in the summer of 2024 to clean some things around the house. It worked OK on full power, but it was no where near the rated psi of 4800. I had a gas powered washer for 20 years that finally died and it had more pressure at 2000 psi. We starting using our new unit again this spring of 2025. It worked for about a half hour then completely died. Apparently these units are only good for about 6 months.

Power level is misquoted in the advertisement. There is no markings or name marked anywhere on the unit. I do not believe it has the level of psi quoted. This would be ideal for lighter jobs such as washing your car, but not for heavier Jobs where strains and imbedded grease exist. Like I said, for your everyday household chores this is fine. It us very light weight on wheels so easy for some ladies and elderly that couldn't work with a heavy 100 lb plus washer.

Product works well. My last electric power washer was always getting tangled with the hose the extension cord and the feeder line to the nozzle. This one seems to handle it better. Instructions could be a bit clearer. Worked right out of the box. We will see how long it lasts.

Do not buy this worthless piece of garbage unless you think that $50 dollars per use until it’s a paper weight is fair. That’s exactly how long it worked. Took perfect care of it did not abuse it in any way. The fourth time I used it I washed a car and after about ten minutes of use it made a screeching whine and stopped working . Piece of absolute garbage. Forget tariffs the companies that make this garbage should have to pay for the space in the landfills where this should have been delivered from the ship it came in on
