The media could not be loaded. Initial review: after unboxing. The pressure washer is smaller than I would have expected for a 4000 psi unit. The wheels are 4in very thin wheels that are quite dinky, they might do the job short term but not sure how long they will last. The unit has a warning label indicating that it emits 98db, this would require hearing protection, and this is not indicated anywhere on the item page. Update 1: The unit is loud, but not sure if it's the 98db on the warning label (this is a good thing) Soap dispenser was good, the 15° spray nozzle worked fine to get my concrete wet and wash off some chalk, but it didn't do anything to the crayon my daughter used. The 0° is not doing anything to the stains from over the winter. I used Krud Kutter and that didn't make much difference. I am going to test a concrete and driveway attachment and see how that goes. Will update afterwards. Update 2: I was finally able to use my surface cleaner attachment that I had purchased with the unit. I had to do an exchange. The unit itself was not successful either. The attachment that was recommended by Amazon to handle up to the 4500 PSI that the unit supposedly will do, indicates that it is not getting $4,500 PSI out. From performance information. I'm able to find on the internet and information I can find on videos online to guess how much the PSI is without a tool, I'm getting probably close to 1,000 PSI. The zero degree nozzle. With no nozzle attached. Literally just it pumping. I'm getting less water pressure than my hose outputs at 40 PSI. Would not recommend, will return and continue the search for a good electric pressure washer.

I needed a new electric power washer for my boat and looked at a lot of products. When looking at the product images, this seemed to be a pretty good size, especially because of the rate of water it discharges. When it arrived, I was surprised by its compact size and immediately thought that it would not be very good. I could not have been more wrong. Assembly was easy and it felt very well made. It comes with all of the typical nozzle attachments and even includes a pin for cleaning them! I found that its features were well thought out and that the quality is very good. It has a little compartment for the nozzles, which I thought was a great touch. I also like that the handle is collapsable. Operationally, I was pleased! The soap dispenser is the best I have ever used on a pressure washer, and the pressure itself is as good as or better than my last one. These electric power sprayer hoses can always be a challenge when reeling them back in, but again, this is the best one that I have used. It even has a little knob that helps reel it in. In the end, I love this product. The smaller sizes were a good thing because they outperformed my previous brand and easily fit in my dock storage box.

Power is not strong but I only use for washing my cars. So far that’s the only thing it’s good for, not ring enough for nothing else. Not the best but it’s ok

Found this unit to meet my needs as far as performance pressure wise . Was impressed with it's abilities and especially how compact it is . There is one improvement I would suggest, is the handle on hose reel needs work . Handle keeps coming off when used.

This pressure washer was much powerful then I expected. I love how compact it is and easy to haul around. The cords and hoses retract easily and make it very simple to put back together after use for storage. It came with some decent attachments. I will say the power cord is a little on the short side, but that is what extensions cords are for. It is nice and quiet as well. Great little machine here!

So bought because of all the good reviews. Arrived and actually worked very well first time. Very happy. Powerful and did what I wanted. Went to use again and nothing. Glorified hose. Turns on, has water and no power. Looking into it lots of reviews with this. Contacted seller and so far nothing. Company that makes product does not exist so not sure if a scam. So far AMAZON has also not been helpful. So waste of money. Do not waste ur money. Does not work, no cleaning power, poor customer service but easy to set up and good size. 48hrs later and still heard nothing from company. Further research and in china.

I had to replace a much smaller unit (handheld size) that was destroyed by the water in Vegas, forgot to disconnect it from the hose and pipe wrenches wouldn't break it loose. This unit pushes about half the pressure of my last one. Pressure is almost pathetic, but it'll work for the average homeowner spraying off bird poo from their kids slide & swings. Know that you're paying for convenience, the wheels etc. Gimmicky, but the pressure was important for me. Maybe a class action lawsuit will ensure people stop lying about their products.
