    • Product hose for the unit is too short to fully assemble.
I put it together, basically just screwing on the handle / high pressure hose to the main unit. The next step was to plug one end of the hose into the pressure outlet. The hose was NOT long enough. It would not reach the pressure outlet. To use the pressure washer I had to take the hose wheel off of the unit, set it on the ground, then I could plug it into the pressure outlet. With the hose wheel on the ground I could use the unit. ... show more

    • proprietary quick disconnects - not compatible with standard accessories
The quick connection from the hose to the handle and the handle to the wand has a proprietary quick disconnect, so accessories cannot be attached. The wand is too short to attach a surface cleaner.
