Performance as expected. Power if great. Easy assembly. The wand holder comes off easily and the hose line is hard to turn. The water does leak at the bottom no matter how tight you screw the connection in, a washer may help.

    • Did a great job for 35 minutes, then motor stopped and will not come back on.
So disappointing and aggravating. It came out of the box and assembled easily. Started my deck and it worked great for about 35 minutes then just stopped. I thought maybe the motor was overheated and auto shut off. I let it cool down for an hour, didn't work. Then 2 hours, didn't work. Then overnight, still dead. I took apart everything and reassembled and plugged in, still dead. Further more, it says in the description that it can be exchanged or refunded. There is no option for an exchange. So, I initiated a return and was going to buy another, however, now the price is $10 more than what I paid the day before Prime Day. Now looking at other vendors, they appear to be the exact same type of washer, just different colors. The prices vary widely between them, as well as the description of P.S.I. I am less confident after reading the reviews of all of these "off brand" power washers, that we are actually getting what is described. Certainly, the quality of these machines leave a lot to be desired. This power washer would be awesome if it would of lasted. ... show more

USING THE MACHINE REQUIRES ONLY TWO STEPS. HOOK UP THE WATER AND PLUG IN THE POWER. OTHER PIECES REMAIN ASSEMBLED EXCEPT FOR WINTER STORAGE. COULD NOT READ THE SPRAY NOZZELS EXCEPT WITH A FLASHLIGHT AT ANGLE. THEN DISCOVERED A SHARPIE MAGIC MARKER PERMANTLY MARKED THE HEAD FOR FUTURE USE. RECOMMEND MACHINE FOR EASE OF USE--NO STRUGGLE WITH HOOKING UP HOSES AND WANDS. ... show more

I have no complaints with the performance of this product runs great does a fair job until you wind up the hose . Bad hose reel design very difficult to wind up the hose . It’s so difficult I was thinking about returning it . I’ll just struggle with it to much of a problem to return. I wouldn’t buy again! ... show more

This is truly a great pressure washer and impressive. The ease of changing the pressure really helps for different tasks such as a foaming cannon. BTW it comes with one so don't buy one separate. That also works well. The only BUT is I had some pressure washer attachments and extensions but this seems to have a proprietary connection of the wand, so I can't use them.. ;-( Was still a five star in my book. ... show more
