Before anything else, pair this with a decent set of safety goggles that have MIL-PRF-31013, MIL-V-43511Cor ANSI Z87.1. Your eyes are a million times more important than your teeth, but this does have good protection for your ears and mouth. Some tips on fit: When trying this on, you should first make sure that this is being put on correctly after putting on the goggles and then try to move it from your face. The goggles should stay in place because that is the most important part of the safety equipment. The strap sits on the upper back part of your head and not on the top of your head. The bridge of the nose actually sits away from your face, and not in contact with your face to allow for a more secure fit around the safety glasses. The material is thick enough to protect your cheeks, and the mesh pad is breathable. Perfect for airsoft. Ultimately, I returned this because I didn't like the small window to my forehead with the hat. It's unlikely you get hit there hard at close distance, but I didn't want to take a chance. I ordered the ACU camo pair and the mask is more of a tanish ACU and the hat is more of a greenish ACU. not a big deal but if i was a perfectionist this would be a deal breaker.

Love the fit of the mask, the hat is way too small, gave it to my kid. The acu color is a bit off, but I ain’t here for the beauty contest.

The hat is great. Fits well, has an adjustable strap. No complaints. The mesh mask also fits well and is adjustable. Also no complaints. Notice there is no eye protection in this set. If you add goggles, the hat no longer fits right. The mesh mask rides pretty high up, so goggles may or may not fit correctly. Two different sets of goggles I have tried work ok, but it’s not a perfect match and again, the hat becomes useless unless you wear it backwards, and even that might be iffy based on whatever goggles you have. The mask is fairly stiff and not easy to change the form of, so getting it to work with goggles is a little bit of a challenge. I also wear glasses, so I have to use OTG goggles (I cannot wear smaller goggles or eye protection). I’m making it work by modifying and tweaking, but just be warned that while there is nothing technically wrong with either of these pieces, goggles may become your issue. ... show more

First the mask is nice cant complain its breathable and comfy. Second the hat is cool looking but the adjustable strap ripped off and I wore the hat for about 4 days so be careful with that but the mask is worth it.

Only used once so far but both the mask and the hat are great for the price. Around the ears can be annoying and hurt a little if not fitted right.

    • If you have a beard you will have to wear it a bit higher

I tried it on and it fits great and is super breathable. No restriction at all. the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars in because I haven't played a match with it yet but I'm sure ill love it. one thing to note is that if you have a beard then you will have to wear it a bit higher on your face or have your beard pushed back all day which I think will get uncomfortable. over all i love the style and how comfortable the mask sits on my face, I especially appreciate the ear protection, one last thing to note is that i got some airsoft goggles with them and it fits to the shape of the hat and mask but it sits on the top of the mask and is still comfortable but a pair of ballistic glasses with fit a lot better ... show more
