I originally gave a 5 star review but after my 3rd use, the connector for the hose snapped in half. I do not abuse my items because I like to make them last a long time. Especially for something like this that is not inexpensive. I cannot even get in touch with the seller to ask how to obtain a replacement PART. Not looking to return the entire item. I just want a replacement of the piece that broke in half. Hoping the seller sees this so we may peacefully resolve this issue. *UPDATE 8/29/2024* The Amazon product link used to reach out to the seller with a question ended up routing to Amazon’s customer service. So the idea to alert the seller with the one star review worked. But again it was to only find a way to contact them to explain what happened. The seller is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and after confirming the replacement part needed, shipped to me and now I can use my product again. This is an amazing power washer and I feel it was just a fluke that the hose connector piece snapped in half - most likely a factory defect. I also hope Amazon finds a way to fix the issue with contacting the seller as I do not like to provide a negative review unless the product is truly warranting the negative review.

This PW replaces my older Pro-Level pressure washer. The rated pressure seems to be about the same as the old washer (3800psi @2.6gpm) and the cleaning results are comparable. It is quieter. I really like the swivel/ stable wheels. They even work on a gravel surface. The lighter weight and easy-to-transport handle system are also good. My only complaint is that the power cord is wired with a 2-prong only connector. I was under the impression that all outdoor tools needed the safety of a grounding plug (three-prong) but so far, so good. I may get an accessory GFCI for safety.

Only lasted 6 months. Doesn’t turn off when you let go of the trigger like it’s supposed to. I’m just going to keep on using it till it dies and buy a different one. If you do want to buy this one I suggest you buy the warranty.

Self-Service Carwashes typically have close to 4000psi pressure washers and this device (Orange/Black) does not even come close to that kind of pressure. Id say its roughly 2000-2400 maybe. Dont expect to get 4000! Everthing else about it is pretty good…

The media could not be loaded. So this one is kinda tough, because I did get good results and really liked the ergonomic office chair design. It was very maneuverable with a shocking amount of pressure for an electric pressure washer. It's compact enough to fit in most places... BUTTTTT!!! It's made of tooth picks and bubble gum and barely lasted 1/2 of a day. I even made sure to give it regular breaks, made sure to only leave it in shaded areas and not ask it to do more than it should be capable of according to the manufacturer. It states clearly on the side that it is not fit for commercial use. I literally only used it to pressure wash the front walk way of a home. The pressure valve in the handle failed causing the gun to allow water through at an irregular pressure, this caused the machine to cycle on and off rapidly and without end until the motor burned out. Conclusion: a good machine for the occasional vehicle wash or VERY light duty home and patio cleaning. Any job that should take 30 min or less this machine would handle just fine. Honestly just buy the gas one at Lowe's or home Depot. Gas may have its draw backs but one thing is for certain it's not gonna be lacking in the power department. $359 for a Craftsman 3100 psi gas powered machine, just spend the money now cuz you'll be spending more when you replace this next year
