This ESV is very lightweight, battery is removable which makes it easier and lighter to lift. My husband and I both have mobility issues and had stopped visiting the theme parks because we could not afford the high rental cost and our insurance process for a scooter is very extensive. We are so happy to have found this scooter, the value for the money is great and pays for itself within 3 rentals at the theme parks. There's also alternate payment plan options , available at checkout, if you are unable to afford to pay out of pocket. We also find the scooter very helpful in assisting us with our daily life needs, inside our home. The blue color has a high glossy sports car finish , so, I guess you can say we finally have our sports wherls.(lol) We visited both Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom on a 1 day charge . We had a blast ! Thank you for giving us a part of our life back that we'd lost!

Makes a very loud reverse sound that makes neighbors upset, too loud for church, scares my dog, wakes my husband it is very uncomfortable. I want to return this item immediately please.
