After having both hips and both knees with total replacements I was unable to take a bath. I love taking baths and relaxing with bubbles. I ordered this chair hoping it would work. It does and it works awesome! I am able to get in the tub lower the chair takexa long relaxong bath and raise the chair when I am done. I do not gave to worry the chair raises high enough I just have to stand up. Thank You for making this wonderful product. My sister just ordeted herself one because she has also had several joint replacments. My sister who is unable to walk without assistance ordered one too after seeing mine. Great. I did a practice run. Perfect. I bought cause I had to call emergency to get me up. Im only 135. Hubby couldn't help. Just had Kidney removed. Recovering from split femur. I slid out of my stupid slippers. Banged down on knee. Couldn't get up. So if it happens or anything like it, I can get up myself. My hubby put playtext under it so it will slide. Just PEACE OF MIND.

I like this product, but it is not as stable as I thought it would be. It will tip over if not supported correctly or the center of mass is not lined up.

Fantastic item to have for elderly parents. Really helps with floor to standing and standing to floor movement. Has given us much peace of mind knowing we can safely get my mother in law in and out our bathtub with ease. This lift chair impressed me with its solid build quality and ease of use. It's not very heavy to move around to various locations where it's needed and since it's battery powered there doesn't need to be an outlet close by in order to use it. It can raise someone up to 300lbs from a seated position to full standing height. This is ideal for those with knee issues or other conditions that make it hard to stand up after sitting. It can be used in the bathroom, to get out of a car seat, to get out of bed, and most any other situation where you want to go from sitting to standing or vice versa. It feels like a solid value for the price.
