I got this a few weeks ago and I'm just thrilled with it. The old heating pads I have are made of a stiff plastic and tended to get wrinkled and uncomfortable. But this heating pad is flexible, soft and very comfortable. It heats up quickly and conforms to my body's bends and curves and heats the areas that need it. I am elderly and stiff in the joints and like a bit of heat-up in the morning with my coffee and this is perfect to sooth my lower back (muscle) and shoulder joint pains. So far it works beautifully and when I am done I just fold it up and tuck it away. I think it would make a great gift. The controls are fairly simple with various heating levels and a timer that goes as high as 120 minutes. I hope this has a long life span as I use it daily . . . so we'll see about that . . . but to this point, the product, in my estimation, is excellent.

My old heating pad finally died and it was the kind that was one big plastic-y pad with a fleece cover on it. It did get super hot though. I ordered a couple replacements but none seem to get warm/hot enough to do the trick so I ended up returning them. Then I bought this heating pad. This bad boy almost gets too hot but luckily you can turn it down if you want. You have lots of different settings. It’s extremely soft as well. The only downside I would say is the size, it’s a little smaller than I would have liked but I knew this going in. I should’ve gotten the bigger one. Overall I would absolutely recommend this. Probably will order the bigger one and keep it in a different room.

Love love love this heating pad! It’s the perfect side for laying across my shoulder on both the front and back. The heat levels are excellent and consistent through the entirety of the fabric, and the timer is so handy. The fabric is so soft that I have to fight my cat for it (don’t worry—she doesn’t lay on it when the heat is on).

The only improvement that could be made to this, would be to make this wider and longer in coverage. I took the picture alongside a standard pillow, to show the length for customers that may be trying to visualize how long it is.. Other than that, I'm already considering after using this the second time ,and the cost factor, investing in a second one. That's the only thing stops me from giving this a full five stars. Great buy!

I get that the measurements are listed (which I didn’t pay attention to bc it was XL). But really shouldn’t advertise as XL. It’s as big as any heating pad I have ever had or seen.

I love this heating pad. It is soft to lay on or wrap around your body. Oversized for more area to reach with warmth. I am using it to lay on for my back pain and shoulder pain. Very effective. I would recommend this heating pad.😊

I got this thinking it was longer and wider but either way it does the job it heats up fast and takes away your pain. The material is sturdy and silky on one side. In all i can't complain too much.
