My meat grinder stopped working and I needed something fast (had to feed my kitties) to chop their meat, aside from doing it by hand which takes some time. This arrived and I immediately gave it a go. It cut my food prep time in half! So easy to clean and only 3 parts to clean. The bowl, the lid, and the blade. Love the size: Smaller than most 'food processors,' and larger than 'mini processors.' Love that the container is glass rather than acrylic or ABS plastic. All in all, does the job nicely, especially for mincing cooked or raw meats. Simple to use. I enjoy using this appliance. I like needing relatively small storage space since the motor is separate from the bowl w blade unit. Has some drawbacks, too; liquids can splash out easily if you're not careful; otherwise, liquids are not a problem. I use shredded chicken for my senior dogs' food. Shredding by hand or using a manual shredder was too time-consuming. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! It is sooooooo easy to use. First, I bake the chicken. Then I cut it into chunks and place the chunks in the processor. Two or three presses of the Number II button, and voila! The chicken was perfectly shredded in less than 15 seconds! Clean-up was simple. Obviously, you need to be cautious while cleaning the sharp blades. I could not be more pleased! ... show more
