    • Looks nice but terrible air flow
This unit looks nice and when it's running, it looks pretty in the fireplace. The audio sounds that it comes with our absolutely horrendous. I don't know why you would have a fireplace going with a running river near it. And even just the crackling one just sounds so terrible. That being said, the visuals look good and it looks good. Running in the fireplace. My biggest problem is the heat output. I have a little portable ceramic heater. That's also 1500 W. I can feel the heat coming off of that thing 5 feet away. This one you have to be within a couple of feet and then, of course, obviously it goes straight up after that. I think this would be a much better product if they had a better integrated fan in it. ... show more

I just got this yesterday. I will say the hardest thing about setting it up. Was cleaning out my fireplace. Once that was done, I just placed this in, plugged it in and it was gorgeous. It gives off great heat too. I’ve been wanting a gas fireplace, but I’m just not ready to put out that kind of money yet. This was a great option for me! I love it. ... show more

Fits perfectly in my fireplace. Like that there is multiple different options for each setting and can adjust the temp itself. We have the temp set at 68 just to take the chill out of the air in the living room. We enjoy the bird chirping sound mainly to see the reactions of the dog trying to figure out where it's coming from. It's peaceful sitting in the living room with the lights off and relaxing by a "fire" and reading a book. Super easy to assemble and looks beautiful! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was thinking of replacing my old TV stand with a fireplace but saw this instead. It fit nicely in my TV stand where I had approximately 22 inches to fit it into. It gives off good heat. There are 3 nature sounds if you want to use that. There are various flame speeds. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. ... show more
