We’ve been using it for a few months now, and it’s been working great. Very convenient, easy to use, and the fingerprint unlock is fast. The camera and app are also very useful when we’re away. So far, no problems at all. Definitely recommend!

Really happy with this smart lock so far! Installation was pretty straightforward on my 40mm door, but definitely check the 140mm hole spacing before ordering. The palm vein and face recognition are responsive, and the WiFi connection has been stable. I also really like the video doorbell and two-way audio since I can easily see who's outside. The app is easy to use, and being able to use Alexa is convenient too. It has a lot of features without feeling overly complicated, and I haven't had any issues so far. Great value for the price!

This is a great product... However... It needs more work... This product kept locking me out and the latch in the middle was extremely hard to use... The software in one was set backwards... Locked was unlock... Unlock was locked... Hated I had to return both of them...

We‘ve been using this lock for a few weeks and it works very well. The fingerprint reader is fast, and I like being able to unlock the door when my hands are full of groceries. The camera is useful for checking package deliveries, and the app lets me unlock the door remotely for family members when I’m not home. Installation was easier than expected, and the lock feels solid and secure. A very convenient upgrade for our front door.

There were so many models to choose from that it was overwhelming, but I picked this one : first, the price is reasonable; second, I really like the design; third, it has all the features I wanted; and fourth, the video quality is very clear. Easy to install and works exactly as advertised. Fingerprint unlock is quick, the camera image is clear, and the app is easy to use. I like having multiple ways to unlock the door and the remote monitoring feature gives extra peace of mind. Great value for the features included.
