    • This is a great product/the results are better than I had even hoped for.
Team Name: Fitpro Brown
This product has exceeded my expectations. It is great. Due to spine surgery 12 years ago I have neuropathy. I have numbness in my feet which causes balance problems. I am spending 15-20 minutes per day on the vibration plate and I could feel a difference after the first session. I believe it improves blood circulation and stimulates nerve function. My balance is better due to more feeling in my feet and I can walk more normally without discomfort. ... show more

    • 6 months daily use review
Team Name: Fitmaxx Brown
I am a 49 year old perimenopausal woman, 5' 3" 128lbs. I bought this in hopes to tone up and lose a little weight. my results were not quite as I expected, but I this has become part of my daily routine for over 6 months. This is my personal journey and opinion. I use my vibration plate every day, for 10-15 minutes at 110 vibration. I isolate different muscles, do squats, some simple yoga poses, and even do planks on the machine. 1. I don't believe you will lose weight using this machine. I have not, but i find myself, mostly my legs, feeling more sturdy, and slightly more visibly toned. definitely my calves. 2. the best finding for myself, is I don't hurt when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm not stiff, or sore, or find random pains that I used to have. This has been the greatest benefit of the machine. 3. I find my circulation is much better. It is easier to pick things up off the floor, kneeling on the floor, gardening has become easier. 4. I haven't experienced previous knee pain that I used to have come and go. My joints feel better. 5. I did have a lot of experience with itchy skin in the beginning, and every once in a while over my 6 months. If you lower the vibration it tends to go away, and with myself, i find it goes away about two minutes after you stop. It is intense... but it does go away. and the internet says just stick with it, and I have to agree. overall, I truly love this machine. I feel just better. I feel more sturdy. my legs feel stronger. I have found that I am still the same size and the same weight, but my clothes do fit better, especially in the waist line. I have large muscular calves to begin with, I walk an immense amount with my job. My calves could crush a bowling ball at this point, and Im not mad at it. I don't really have many negatives, the itching in the beginning, it's a little rough, but it goes away. But for me, I have really felt a difference. I move better, I hurt less. I hope my honesty helps you make a decision. ... show more

    • Amazing Workout Tool – Fun, Effective, and Easy to Use!
Team Name: Fitpro Brown
I am absolutely thrilled with the EILISON FITABS 3D Vibration Plate! This machine has completely changed the way I approach at-home workouts. From the moment I started using it, I could feel my muscles engaging in ways that traditional exercises don’t always hit. The 3D vibration technology is incredible—it targets multiple muscle groups at once, and I can feel it working in my legs, core, and even arms depending on the positions I use. Workouts are quick but effective, which is perfect for my busy schedule. I also appreciate how user-friendly it is. The controls are simple, the presets make it easy to get started, and it’s sturdy and stable even at higher vibration levels. It’s also surprisingly quiet compared to other vibration plates I’ve tried, so I can use it without disturbing anyone in the house. Overall, this plate has helped me tone up, improve my balance, and feel stronger overall. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, efficient, and effective addition to their fitness routine. ... show more

    • This has been an answer to my prayers!
Team Name: Fitpro Brown
I have had severe RLS since I was 7 years old. Today I am 71. Through the years I have tried every med known to my neurologist. I use topical gel. For me, cold works so I have strapped small blue ice packs to my legs and bottoms of my feet every night. Recently someone on an RLS site I’m on mentioned that they tried this Vibration Plate and it has worked well for them. I have been having a very difficult time lately so I decided to give this a shot. So far this has been an answer to my prayers. I couldn’t believe this Vibration Plate along with my meds and Biofreeze gel I use every evening I was able to actually sleep through the night for the first time in a very long time. It’s easy to use, it seems well made and it will last a long time. If I find it to be different I will add to my comment here. ... show more

    • Solid Vibration Plate for Joints, Circulation, and Overall Wellness
Team Name: Fitmaxx Brown
I bought this vibration plate based on a recommendation from a friend who has been using this exact model for a while. After seeing how consistent she was with it and how good she felt using it, I decided to try it myself. I use this about 20 minutes, three times a week, and it honestly makes me feel great afterward. The vibration is strong but controlled, and it feels like a full body activation even though you’re just standing or doing light movements. I notice it most in my legs, hips, and core, and it really helps loosen up my joints. One of the big reasons people are drawn to vibration plates is for circulation and lymphatic movement, and I can see why. It gives you that gentle shake that gets things moving without stressing your body. It’s also helpful for muscle engagement, balance, and overall body wellness, especially on days when you don’t want an intense workout. The machine itself feels sturdy and well made. It’s easy to use, not overly noisy, and the remote makes it simple to adjust settings. This is not a miracle weight loss machine on its own, but as a wellness tool for joints, circulation, lymphatic support, and general recovery, it’s been a really good addition to my routine. I’m happy with it and plan to keep using it consistently. ... show more
