This thing works AMAZINGLY! I had tight lower back muscles so I decided to test this out and after 10 mins on high intensity because why not. My lower back muscles loosened up. The Bluetooth works and the speakers work as any small speaker would. It's not amazing quality, but that's not the real intent for the overall product. Its a nice to have. The remote works great. Even doubles as my Smart TVs remote to turn on and off plus lower and raise the volume. It was a little weird to discover, but cool. It also works as intended on the machine, no funny business there. All the other items like the smart watch and loop bands I've not tried. Appearance wise: the smart watch isn't shabby the rubber band isn't my style, if they have other bands of different materials that would be cool. I'm interested to see how it presents blood oxygen and blood pressure levels. The loop bands are medium quality not the rubber you generally see though the foam on the grip could be a tad thicker for added comfort. Overall, I'm impressed and the added speed and features/items in the box make it very worth the purchase. Even the first use I'm happy it relieved my lower backache. I would totally recommend this product to anyone. P.S. This is a true product review, I was not offered anything in return for this review.

I bought this vibration plate based on a recommendation from a friend who has been using this exact model for a while. After seeing how consistent she was with it and how good she felt using it, I decided to try it myself. I use this about 20 minutes, three times a week, and it honestly makes me feel great afterward. The vibration is strong but controlled, and it feels like a full body activation even though you’re just standing or doing light movements. I notice it most in my legs, hips, and core, and it really helps loosen up my joints. One of the big reasons people are drawn to vibration plates is for circulation and lymphatic movement, and I can see why. It gives you that gentle shake that gets things moving without stressing your body. It’s also helpful for muscle engagement, balance, and overall body wellness, especially on days when you don’t want an intense workout. The machine itself feels sturdy and well made. It’s easy to use, not overly noisy, and the remote makes it simple to adjust settings. This review is after my first use, and I had never used a vibration plate before. I assumed this would be relaxing, and I worried it might not be powerful enough, but even the lowest setting in the standing position was too much for me. I ended up just sitting on a chair, with my feet on the plate, and I could manage that for ten minutes, but even that was a lot, and I felt nauseas. Even my face felt the shaking long after I stopped, so no doubt it helps with circulation. I just wish it had lower settings! With 120 settings and three different foot positions, it didn't occur to me that all would be too strong. Hopefully I'll eventually get used to it. Lesson here is to try one of these before purchasing. This is probably a terrific machine for someone who can handle it.

I am a 49 year old perimenopausal woman, 5' 3" 128lbs. I bought this in hopes to tone up and lose a little weight. my results were not quite as I expected, but I this has become part of my daily routine for over 6 months. This is my personal journey and opinion. I use my vibration plate every day, for 10-15 minutes at 110 vibration. I isolate different muscles, do squats, some simple yoga poses, and even do planks on the machine. 1. I don't believe you will lose weight using this machine. I have not, but i find myself, mostly my legs, feeling more sturdy, and slightly more visibly toned. definitely my calves. 2. the best finding for myself, is I don't hurt when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm not stiff, or sore, or find random pains that I used to have. This has been the greatest benefit of the machine. 3. I find my circulation is much better. It is easier to pick things up off the floor, kneeling on the floor, gardening has become easier. 4. I haven't experienced previous knee pain that I used to have come and go. My joints feel better. 5. I did have a lot of experience with itchy skin in the beginning, and every once in a while over my 6 months. If you lower the vibration it tends to go away, and with myself, i find it goes away about two minutes after you stop. It is intense... but it does go away. and the internet says just stick with it, and I have to agree. overall, I truly love this machine. I feel just better. I feel more sturdy. my legs feel stronger. I have found that I am still the same size and the same weight, but my clothes do fit better, especially in the waist line. I have large muscular calves to begin with, I walk an immense amount with my job. My calves could crush a bowling ball at this point, and Im not mad at it. I don't really have many negatives, the itching in the beginning, it's a little rough, but it goes away. But for me, I have really felt a difference. I move better, I hurt less. I hope my honesty helps you make a decision.
