So far I love it. The swelling in my injured leg has gone down and it feels much better. I’ve used it twice a day since I got it. I’ve only had it a week but I’m definitely happy with how it’s helping my leg. It’s almost like I’m getting a massage, so my whole body is getting the benefit.

I've only used this once so far, but it is solid & well-made. Works exactly as I expected. I am in my 70's & only on level 1. I used it in several positions & think I'll get some good toning when I get in the habit of using it.

So far so good. Lately my friend has been telling me about higher end vibration plates that costs thousands of dollars and are quite large. I found this smaller compact version in a brown tone that blends in perfectly into our dark hardwood floors. The colors are really beautifully done so we actually leave this out in the living room so it reminds us to use it. The device is light weight so you can move it around easily, with light suction cups on the bottom to keep it secure while using. Comes with a remote that has pre-set 15 min programs for beginner, intermediate, pro. On the top of the device there's 3 different foot positions. The center is lighter vibration the middle they shakes left to right a little more, and the outer edges shake the most. I've been enjoying the presets because they change the intensity level for you and shut off after you're done. So far we've been doing 15 mins standing and 15 with the elbows and hands down on the unit in a plank position with a pillow under the knees. The standing seems to loosen the lower back muscles and legs. The planks seem to work the upper shoulders and back. They try to advertise this as a weight loss or exercise machine, while I don't think it will do that, I think it might work to loosen and relax muscles and potentially relieve stress. Other people say it helps with bowel movements. There isn't a lot of research on the vibration plates yet, so i wouldn't over do it on this machine as we don't know what effects it might have on the spine. So far we've enjoyed using the machine as a way to destress and relieve some lower back pain. Going to keep it and see what the long term benefit uses might be. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. ***** Update***** They saw this review and emailed me and offered me a replacement. I should be here on Friday. This is very good customer service and they always respond quickly. I bought this June 23rd 2024. Something is obviously wrong with it now it makes a loud whacking sound. Don’t buy it. It won’t last. I’ve had this vibration platform for a few weeks now. I like the design and the look of this machine because the color blends in nicely with my decor. It seems to be well built and sturdy. I use it on my hardwood floor so the suction works great. The machine makes very little noise. I have only used it up to about 75-80 (vibration speed). Sometimes when it start making a little noise I adjust my feet on the platform and it goes away. This machine is powerful! It really gets the fat moving. I haven’t gone past 75-80 because it can be a little painful. I haven’t yet noticed any weight loss but usually when I’m done my legs and stomach has that good workout sting feeling. Now with all that being said let me mention the things I wasn’t quite happy with. The remote doesn’t work that well. You damn near have to have it right up to the platform for it to work. I would be ok not even using the remote but the other issue is that the buttons on the platform aren’t very responsive. Sometimes you have to push really hard to get it to respond and sometimes you can barely touch it and it responds. The manual isn’t very detailed. For instance it doesn’t show you how to attach the arm bands (you have to pull the metal plate that’s under the machine out to the side so the band can attach to the hole). I mean it wasn’t too hard to figure out but still. The Bluetooth seems to work fine. The tracker didn’t work. I did reach out to customer service and I did get a timely response. I was able to get the platform replaced but it was the same issues with the new one. The tracker did work on the new one I received. Another issue I had is that you can only set the time to 15 mins max. Now, there have been times after playing around with the time button I’ve been able to get it to 90 minutes. But it rarely happens. But it will go from 15 to 90, no in between. That just seems odd. I did inquire about that and was told it only does 15 mins max, so if you want to do more than 15 minute work out you have to keep resetting. So although I have all those issues I would still recommend and give it 4 out of 5 stars because the vibration is good it’s just the functionality ( button, remote etc) really sucks. ... show more
