I used a machine like this at my chiropractor's and he suggested I get one for home use. I use it every morning when I get up because I am so sore, it really helps but......the controls are useless. The remote is a joke and the only controls I can use it for it the preset programs and the Off control. The touch screen on the machine is really bad too. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I would like to be able to set my own program but that is not an option so I use it and then turn it off when I've had enough. I am not able to increase the speed when I am on the machine since my remote does not work properly, so unless I get off the machine, down on my knees to read the panel, I just stay at the same speed. I gotta say I am disappointed. The machine's principle works for me, I am less sore after I use it, but I just wish I had bought one that functions as it is supposed to..... ... show more

I've been using this for over 3 months now. I had no idea if I was getting any benefits from it, but it doesn't take long, so what the heck. Two weeks ago I fell while working on my pool, and hit my tailbone on the concrete deck. I've been in pain ever since, and unable to do my normal weight training, jogging, and anything else other than a short walk with the dogs in the morning. I've been afraid to get on my vibration plate, thinking it might exacerbate the problem. But the other day I decided to give it a try, I said it on the third program setting, got on and was amazed! I got off that thing and it was the first time my tailbone wasn't hurting! I'm now using it twice a day, everyday, and I'm off of pain pills completely. I honestly believe it helped me heal faster. The instructional manual stinks, but you can find some good exercise instruction on YouTube that you can do on this plate. I picked this one because of the 120 speeds, and the fact that it will hold heavy people. I only weigh 150 lb, but you never know who else might decide they want to get on and try it. I've had zero problems with it even though the power has gone out while it was still plugged in. So now I do unplug it between uses, just to be safe. I don't want to hurt my machine. But I definitely give this two thumbs up. And I can definitely say it works! ... show more

    • The speed and time buttons do work!

This is a great machine for pain relief and lymphatic release. I find it very relaxing to just stand there or very it can be challenging if I am doing a workout on it. I did notice a few reviews that said the speed and time buttons did not work and at first I could not figure out how to use mine and the manual wasn't super helpful (although upon further inspection it does tell you this;) However I did finally figure out that it has to be in 'manual' mode to work. The speed and time buttons ONLY work in manual mode, not in the preset program modes. To get to manual you can push the M button on the remote or just push the program button on the machine to scroll through the P1-P5 and it will cycle through to Manual (won't say anything on screen) Hope this helps... ... show more

Years ago a doctor I worked with encouraged me to get a vibrating platform. They really help with balance as a person gets older. He had them placed in all the nursing homes he visited. I paid over $1,300 for mine and have used it over 12 years. My daughter wanted to use it to do planks with and the shake shake machine is out in the shop, so I bought her this for her birthday. This is much more portable, similar size and has more lights and programs I have not used it, but she says it works as good as mine and is rated for enough weight that her husband can use it too. ... show more

If you stick with it you will lose water weight and lose at least 4 pounds in one day I haven’t figured out how to keep the weight off so right now I use it everyday I do like it just got to exercise on the side as well over all I like it
