The media could not be loaded. So before I bought this vibration board, I researched different reviews online to know what to look out for. Remembering the vibro plate I used at the gym, one of the major requirements for me was that it would be quite and not rock the whole house. This vibro plate def is quiet and there is no need for a special mat to put under. The other major requirement I had was that I need to be able to adjust speed and turn it off and on via remote control, as I use it with my stand-up desk during work. So if required, I need to be able to shut if off quickly. We have a checkmark with this plate as well. There are 9 different settings, and they vary in time (from 1 min to 15 min) and in speed (2-99). You can select them all via remote or directly on the board. The plate come with resistance bands (not shown in the guide) for some extra training with the arms. There is a non-slip rubber on top, to ensure that you won’t slip off during the vibrations. The instructions include a 21-day slimming plan suggestion what to eat for each week and meal. It is not set in stone (like fixed meal plans), but very flexible and interchangeable. The instructions also include an exercise guide showing different options to use the plate. This includes uses for relaxation and massages. The final major requirement, and the reason we went for this model, is the price. Considering all that is offered, this vibration plate seemed like the best voice considering the price-value-relations. I’m definitely very happy with my choice and would recommend this plate. I ordered my vibration plate a few months ago and really loved it when it first arrived. As other reviewers have mentioned, mine didn't come with a remote or the manual. but I emailed customer service and they sent it out immediately. The remote worked right away and I was using my plate almost every night. After a few weeks the plate did malfunction. I'm not sure what happened but it would turn on but it wouldn't vibrate. Not only did Eilison send me a new unit, they actually sent me a free gift for the trouble (which wasn't necessary but incredibly thoughtful, it was one of their back massagers). Despite the initial issues with my vibration plate, I still love it and use it often. I will definitely be purchasing more Eilison products in the future. ... show more

the first one i bought stopped running in 60 days. bah! So I ordered this one. fingers crossed. you can sit or stand. i’m up to level 20. it feels so good after you get off of it. I hide it under the dining table, then slide it out. I can watch TV then while doing my 15 minutes 2X daily, as recommended. ... show more

I've used a heavy duty one with support arms, in the gym - 10 minutes on it at 99 setting does the trick. This model is sleeker, portable and shakes great. It is preset for 15 minutes and I've learned it will do for my body in those 15 minutes, what the gym model does in 10- but this is portable and personal, takes up less space and it's mine! Been using it for 6 weeks and I love it. Does it all. No issues with it and it comes with straps to work out my upper body as the rest of me shakes. Highly recommend this platform ... show more

I've seen this product plenty of times at different trade shows and stores. I remember stepping on one and everything in my body was shaking. ( in a good way). At first the price was way too high for me to afford one. So I didn't attempt. I later on was surfing the internet and found one for an affordable price. Which was this one that I just purchased. My first morning I used it for 10mins and I felt like I was at the gym for 30 mins doing cardio. It's been over a few days now, and I use it 10 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. I feel so great in the morning and before it helps put me to sleep. Ease of installation - 10/10 Pull it out the box, find the adapter and plug in. Turn the switch on and press the power button. Setup - You can set a speed to your liking. It goes up to 30 I think. I rocks you back and forth but your not going to fall. If your scared, you can place it against the wall and you face the wall as you use the wall as something to keep balance. After a few days on it you'll notice that you're balancing on your own.
