I removed the rubber bung plugs on the platform feet. I found that they created a vacuum caused by using the the platform on the vibration plate: that makes for a challenge to remove the platform from the base.

Different ages use this & many features need redesign. 1. seat is very difficult to remove 2. Seat is way too low to safely get on and off. Even 6 inches higher would help but 10 would be ideal. 3. Standing is not safe. I have to hold on to someone or some thing. It needs a stabilizer handle bar that you can hold onto & make it safer & easier to get off and on. Cord plugs on front where controls are which could easily entangle your feet. Remote to slow down is awkward to use if are using the stool unit.

I just got this today. I LOVED using it. My daughter all but pushed me off to try it out and loved it too. You can feel the burn like you’d feel on a treadmill so I’m sure it’s working. Bonus is I didn’t feel tired or out of breath during or after use.

When I received this item, I found out that it was not 3D to comply with our doctor’s order. Within days, Mark, at the service department immediately apologized, send us the upgraded correct machine, a full 4D and many extras to compensate for the misrepresentation. Everything was expedited and in three weeks we were able to start the prescribed treatment. Mark was superb, efficient and very empathic with our situation. This is what makes a company the best, best products and best service, thank you Mark. I received no compensation at all for this review, just the honest corrective measures and rightful compensation for a published mistake that I saw corrected after my complaint. ... show more
