These are always tough purchases when doing it online and not able to see/feel it in person. I'm big on reviews and will leave as thorough a review on this product as I can. I ordered this last week, said delivery was this week (march 3-4) the mattresses (14") showed up on Friday but no bed frames. No biggie, i wrestled the boxes into the house and opened them up so they could expand. They recommend letting them sit for 12-24 hours to expand as well as air out, so I did just that. I left them on the guest bed to do their thing. The next morning (yesterday) I checked amazon tracking to see if there was any updates on the frames - nothing. Just said it was delivered. So I sent a quick email to the seller asking if there was separate tracking for the frames. A couple hours later, fedex shows up w/them. The seller did reply saying they were delivered and provided the tracking #. Just be aware, if you order they'll prob show up separately. So I commence to setting up the frames, very easy to do. Snip the zip ties, screw the legs on and wrestle it into place. The legs - you have the option to make them shorter if you wish. I kept mine at the tall setting. I was able to do it by myself but a second set of hands definitely is advisable. Both frames fit perfectly into my existing king size bed frame/headboard/footboard. I plugged them in and made up the bed. For the sheets: I bought a two pack of twin xl fitted sheets here on Amazon as well as twin xl mattress protectors. I used my existing king size top sheet and comforter. Last night was our first night sleeping on this bed.. I slept GREAT. My husband is the one w/the issues which is what prompted this purchase. He breathes horribly, snores like a diesel engine and refuses to believe he has sleep apnea. This morning he said he slept great, was very comfortable and feels he was breathing better. He did complain that the fitted sheet and mattress protector kept popping off but it's probably because he was playing w/the remote like a toddler before bed. If it continues to be an issue, that's an easy fix w/some straps. You have the option to sync remotes so that both sides of the bed move up and down together. I didn't do that because I like to sleep flat and he's the one that needs elevation. The bed operates smoothly and quietly. The frame is durable and sturdy, clean looking. The mattresses are just perfect. Just the right amount of firmness/softness for us at least. Everyone is different. I saw some reviews with mattresses sliding, we didn't experience that. I saw someone post that they kept falling out of bed - not sure how that happened but there's nothing w/this bed that would promote that. This bed was worth every penny. Easy to set up. They only assembly was attaching the legs. Everything else just folded out. The height of the bed feels a little tall and is not adjustable. The mattress is good quality and light weight. We have had the bed about 6 months and so far not a lot of sagging. We are on the heavier side so that’s a plus. The adjustable frame works well. I wish it has come with a connector to keep the bases together although that does make it easier to make up the bed in the mornings. My only other thought is I wish I had purchased the frame with massage. For the money overall great bed. ... show more

Easy to assemble. Ive had it for over a year and Its still comfortable. I recently passed it on to my 7yr old daughter, she loves it and has been sleeping way better. My partner and I are ready to move up to a king size bed now . 🙃

Love this bed and base. We’ve had it for about 3 weeks now. It did fit into my exiting frame. We were sleeping on an older memory foam plush mattress that was sagging in the middle. This is also our first adjustable bed. We did find that it took a few weeks to adjust to the mattress firmness. It is definitely firm! I bought a new pillow top mattress pad from Amazon that helps. Now it still feels firm but with some nice cushion. I also bought new pillows and bedding too. Seems like it’s quality materials and durable. As for the base, it’s very quiet and does not vibrate to wake the other person. Initially, we slept terrible, but with the added new Matress pads and pillows we now sleep really good. If you have shoulder, back, or neck pain this bed should help due to the ability to adjust. The anti gravity position is great. The remote is simple to use. I know the buttons in the dark. There is a flashlight mode on remote if needed. Also, there is good storage space under the bed. This bed sits up high, I’m 5 foot and can get into it fine. An elderly person might find it hard to get into though. I recommend this bed, no complaints! ... show more

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS BED. After spending a couple of days corresponding with their tech support, we were able to get the remote memory function to work. This is not covered in their manual. The main problem still remains. When you raise the leg portion of the bed, the platform raises as it should but the mattress only elevates into a diagonal position. The lower portion is supposed to lay flat, as depicted in their image attached. From you hip to knee is supposed to be at an angle. From your knee to your feet is supposed to be flat. You can see in my picture, also attached, that the bottom of the bed does not lay flat and advertised. It remains at a diagonal incline all the way to the end of the bed. Their tech reps said that my body weight was supposed to push it down. Very interesting that their picture I attached doesn't show anyone laying on the bed and the lower section is parallel to the ground. Even when I press forcefully with my heels, the mattress will not flex on the bottom to lay flat. I find this to be false advertising and a misrepresentation of the product. The reason I am stressing this issue is that the only reason I bought this bed is that my chiropractor recommended I use an adjustable bed to raise my lower legs to reduce back pain. The way this bed works, in makes the back pain worse. Do not buy this bed if you have back pain and want some relief. Keep looking and find a bed that works as advertised. Original: I would have a hard time recommending this bed. When we received ours, one of the platforms was missing the bracket needed to secure the mattress holder in place. I reached out to the seller and they said they couldn't provide the missing part and I would need to source it myself. The did offer a small refund to offset the cost. The second issue is the remote. It has two buttons that should allow you to program your own positions but they don't work. We have set the position, then pressed and held the buttons as instructed but when you release the button it always just returns the platform to the flat position, no matter how long you hold the button. Also, if you do decide to buy the split king bed, I would not buy the 14" mattress. The mattress is too think so when you elevate your feet, it keeps the bottom of the bed in a straight ramp position. The bottom half of the mattress is supposed to flatten out at the end but the thickness of the mattress prevents that from happening.
