The variable speed trigger includes a cruise control dial for consistent blowing. Both are great pieces of equipment. Work amazing with great power. I give only 4 stars as the battery is heavy. It makes both pieces heavier to use. As a female who is pretty darn strong, using the trimmer exhausts my arms and I bottom out often. Also it would be nice if the trimmer had the ability to tilt. It’s difficult for a not so tall person to get a good angle. This might offset the weight issue. ... show more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased the EGO POWER+ Combo Cordless Trimmer and Blower and overall it’s been a fantastic addition to my yard‑care setup. The blower in particular packs a serious punch — high airflow and turbo boost mode clear leaves and dry out my car after a wash effortlessly. I was pleasantly surprised at just how much force it puts out. The trimmer is solid too. The 15″ cutting width handles regular grass plus thicker weeds without feeling like I’m fighting the tool. I also love the handles on both tools — especially on the blower. They make it much more comfortable to hold and maneuver when the job requires longer use, and the handle really shines when I’m drying off the car post‑wash or clearing debris from the driveway. Build quality feels very good, battery interchangeability is a major convenience (especially if you already have other EGO tools). If I have one minor critique, it’s that if you push the blower on highest turbo setting the battery drains quicker than moderate use — but that’s expected for high performance. In short: if you want a cordless combo that actually performs, with a blower strong enough to tackle drying your car or clearing serious debris, this EGO combo is tough to beat. Both tools deliver performance on par with gas equipment but without the noise, fumes, or hassle. They’re surprisingly quiet, lightweight, and the battery charges fast. The interchangeable battery system is super convenient, especially for back-to-back jobs. Perfect for my small yard, but honestly powerful enough for commercial use too.
