    • Powerful, Lightweight, and a Huge Time Saver
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
I’ve been really impressed with the EGO Power+ 12" Cordless Electric Snow Shovel. It’s lightweight, powerful, and incredibly easy to use, perfect for clearing snow quickly without the hassle of gas or cords. It handles my walkway and back decks with ease, even after a decent snowfall, and saves my back compared to a traditional shovel. The included 56V battery delivers solid performance and charges quickly. I can usually clear everything on one charge, but I’m planning to purchase an extra battery just in case, especially for longer sessions or heavier snow. Overall, this is an excellent tool for small to medium areas and a great addition to my winter setup. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make snow removal easier. ... show more

    • Tosses snow much farther than I thought
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
I got this because I have the ego, lawnmower and leaf blower and adding this into the mix was a no-brainer as I have the battery platform. I live in Colorado and we get some snow here. I am in a community and don’t have much to shovel but, I wanted to supplement my manual shovel with something I could use electrically. The first snow I used it on we had 7 inches and then it got a little wet and compacted down to about 4 inches. I didn’t think this thing would be able to handle it at all, but I was wrong. It threw the snow much farther than I thought it would end at one point I was actually splattering the side of my neighbor’s house. Oops! It’s very easy to assemble. The weight is just right. For a relatively inexpensive product the design is pretty darn good. You do have to reach down to adjust the shoot to decide which direction you’re gonna throw the snow in left right or straight. But I tried to set it to the left and just keep throwing snow in that direction. The quality is what you would expect from this brand no surprises here. It’s good stuff. Battery life was much better than I thought it was going to be and having extra ego batteries should mean I never run out. If I’m out there and I’ve run my two batteries out it’s time to come in for coffee! ... show more

    • Ego is a good product
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
I'm writing this in August from NJ. The snow shovel works but until we get snow in December or January, I won't know how well it performs. I also own the EGO mower, blower, chain saw, hedger and weed waker. They're all very good so I suspect the snow blower will be just as good.

    • Great for smaller areas and space savings.
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
The snow shovel works surprisingly well for being so small and working from the ego batteries. It's a nice balance of power and size, being fairly lightweight. It was durable enough to get through a pretty harsh winter without any issues. I don't have enough driveway or sidewalks (or space in my garage) to justify getting a snow blower/thrower. It also seems quite battery efficient and capable of getting through what I need on a single 4amp battery or greater. It's great if you're already in the ego ecosystem. If you have a bigger driveway, more sidewalks, or maybe want something a little more effortless, maybe a traditional snow blower would be better for you. ... show more

    • This shovel clears snow
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
This Ego snow shovel will move the snow. It is easy to use and blows the snow up to 25' (farther with the wind at your back). It cleans right down to the pavement or decking. Two speeds with an adjustable chute allows for good control of the snow coming out of the machine. I cleared a 40' x 50' three car driveway and 60' of sidewalk on the battery provided with a single charge. I do have additional batteries if necessary but I didn't need them. There is some weight to the machine and while it pushes forward easily, it can take a bit to learn to maneuver it without straining something. I would put the max snow height at 5 to 6 inches. 5 if wet snow, 6 for drier snow. I like that the plastic blade on the bottom can be replaced. Note: This unit it pre-assembled and is not compatible with the new powerhead unit and the interchangeable tools. ... show more

    • Scam
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
Don't buy this product, is an scam, I thought this ridiculous snow blower got some kind of tires, you have to push it and overtime the hard plastic will fade away. Not good!!

    • Good, but heavy.
Style: Lightweight Snow Shovel & Power Head Kit
I really like the EGO line up of power tools, I have a few and love them, and this does work as advertised. My only issue is it is heavy. Using it is not nearly as easy as I had imagined before I bought it. This exact same tool, but cut the weight in half, and it would be five stars for sure.
