I have only used this about 4 times but very pleased at all the small particles it picks up. My pool is 18 round hard side and on one charge I have vacuumed 3 times. If you have wrinkles in your liner you cannot push this across it well which is ok it still does a great job. Picks up tiny sand particles in my pool and all kinds of stuff even smaller leaves. The bottom of it does need to lay flat to pick up good.

After trying a few different models over the years, this spa / hot tub vacuum is the winner. It's reliable, easy to clean, and the battery lasts for many days before needing to be recharged. It works so well that I also use it in the pool in certain areas. I also had a chance to interact with the company directly who helped me troubleshoot an issue, which was FULLY resolved and the customer service that I received in the process was fantastic...above and beyond what I was expecting.

I bought the Efurden pool vacuum to help me get occasion debris from my four stage waterfall and it appears to do what I ask. Now my warnings and analysis. First and foremost READ THE MANUAL. I’m an engineer I always think I can just put something together and use it as intended with the help of a manual. WRONG. You’ll save yourself a lot of frustration if you read it first, it’s not that big. Now, with that said, make sure you charge it completely before it’s first use. Be patient. It took nearly 11 hours before it was fully charged the first time. After the first time it will charge faster. Make sure you have the on/off switch is in the OFF position before you charge. This is bit tricky to figure out the first time as the indicator pointer is not clearly visible. Counterclockwise is OFF. When the blue indicator light is lit, it is fully charged, if it’s red it is charging. When ready to use, turn the on/off switch to on (turn it clockwise) and the vacuum will start. You have 60 seconds to fully submerge the vacuum. Fully submerged means the blue indicator light will be below the water line. You need a depth of at least 13” to accomplish this. If the blue indicator light remains out of the water for 60 seconds the vacuum is stop and needs to be restarted. Those are the preliminary things to learn about this machine. Now for its use. I use it to clean the larger two chambers/pools of my waterfall. The 2 shallow pool are not deep enough to keep the machine going and its pretty easy to clean those by hand. The vacuum power is strong enough to get the job done especially with a light amount of debris and sand. It’s not great at picking up leaves unless they are small, but I use a net in this case. I clean the vacuum after each use. This is pretty easy. Just flip the lever to open the unit and the filtration system will pop out. The filter itself takes a little getting use to as it is fragile so go easy not to piece the material or break the plastic frame. You can order new filters through Amazon by going to the efurden store. They are about $20. Opening the door to the delicate filter is a bit difficult as it is held closed by two flexible latches on each side of the frame. Again, go easy and you’ll get the hang of it. Rinse the filter out with a hose; dry or let dry all parts; put it back together; recharge if you’d like and you’ll be ready to go again next time. Overall, I’m happy with the vacuum for what I use it for. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because I believe the filter will break sooner than later and I’ll be purchasing a new one. Hopefully this doesn’t happen too often.

We bought the vac 1 year ago and it did a great job throughout the entire season. Was unsure how well of a job it would do given that it was battery powered, but we absolutely loved it and it was the only vac we used. Unfortunately, when we got the pool setup this year for the season, it didn’t take a charge. For the price, I wasn’t totally upset because it worked great for last season. But I did reach out to the company and they literally had a new unit on our front porch within 1 week… unbelievable customer service… do not hesitate to get this vac. Battery life is awesome. Picks up very well. And above all - blown away by their response… not many companies around that respond so quickly and they made it right immediately… Ella is a champ!

The charge lasted a full vacuuming of 15’x30’ pool. The retractable pole is good quality. This is something I wish I had gotten sooner. I bought it for my pond. But I have used it in a hot tub as well as the pool. Picks up very fine sand.

I love this product! I have been using this product for 2months and it works as exactly what is mentioned(Better than I expected). I bought this product to clean up the debris after robotic cleaner and it sucks up all the tiny debris and dirt. Although some people mentioned the battery life isn't that good, I haven't had that problem so far. Just one minor improvement would be the switch design as it sometimes hard to turn off the switch after cleaning.

Came well packaged. I charged it to full as soon as I pulled it out. Set up was easy. But this is a low powered vacuum. I give it a c-. The goal was dirt at the bottom of an above ground pool. It got 70% of it but pushed away the rest. I will need to do this several times to get the results I want. Update plastic wheels don't stay on at this point. I will reach out to the company and see what they can do

Great when it was working, followed all the directions for use. Only had it for a little over a month and it just stopped working. Amazon directly was no help but I emailed the actual company. They quickly responded and they are shipping out a new one.
