This is an easy way to just install. As long as you have some sort of fencing that's low enough for the chickens to reach, you just hang these on them and pour your feed in there. The plastic used feels pretty durable and must likely UV stable where it won't crumble under intense bombardment of being in the open sun. Other than that, there are inner plastic bars that strengthen the trough and help in preventing chickens from scratching or flicking their food out. I selected these feeders for an upcoming quail project. They will work perfectly and are sized right for smaller birds. I especially like the inserts which will help keep food waste minimized. Overall, they feel durable and priced well for a four pack. I'm really happy so far.

    • Nice durable feeders
Not much to say about these, they are pretty self explanatory. I got them for quail, which are notoriously messy with throwing their food around. So far, they work pretty well. The quail still make a huge mess, but not AS huge of a mess as they did with other feeders. The dividers help limit the amount of tossing they can do which is nice! The plastic feels durable, the color is very bright and easy to find even if they get knocked down or stolen by a goat, and they are easy to clean. Not bad for my needs! ... show more

    • Good feeders saves on food loss
The media could not be loaded. These are very nice little feeders they click right onto the cage they do seem to help where the birds don’t make such a mess and lose so much feed so that’s definitely helpful and more cost-effective. I feel that they’re very reasonably priced as nice as they are, I would definitely recommend, they seem pretty durable.
