I recently needed to upgrade from a dining chair to an actual computer chair now that my daughter is doing homeschooling and doing zoom with a friend who moved away as well as getting into gaming. Previously the small amount of work that I had to do for my business on the computer didn't need anything fancy. Since the computer is getting used a lot more and for 2 to 4 hours at a time, it really really needed to be ergonomic and comfortable. I also couldn't spend a crazy amount on a $400+ chair. After spending hours reading reviews and looking at listings and getting thoroughly confused, I finally turned to a Facebook group I'm a part of that has a lot of gamers. I asked them what they used and if they like it or what they change. I got three recommendations, and this was one of the three. The person who recommended it to me said it was the best and most comfortable chair that they had ever used. They liked that it had a nice wide seat because she would cross her legs in the chair, and I liked that because I am a large person. She also said that the footrest was actually functional unlike a cheaper chair that she had gotten previously which just would not stay up when using the foot rest. The chair came today, and I have to say it is very cushy. It took me approximately half an hour to 40 minutes to put together, and that includes me using the wrong bolts in one section and having to take them out to put in the proper ones. My daughter also interrupted me a couple of times to ask a question, so it's entirely possible I could have gotten it done in 20 minutes. I did have to lay the back/seat down once I got it assembled in order to set it on the base with wheels because it is fairly heavy once you get it all together. I'm not entirely a fan that the piston just sits in the wheeled base and then the seat and back just sit on top of that, so there is no permanent attachment at all for those specific pieces. You can simply lift the chair off of the base and then lift the piston out of the base. Hopefully that won't be too much of an issue, but I could see it being irritating when moving it or something like that. Otherwise, it feels pretty sturdy as well as being well padded. It rolls very smoothly and easily. The adjustments for the arms were easy and smooth. I think my daughter might have a little bit of trouble reaching the recline lever. I'll try to remember to amend the review after we've been using it for a while, but so far I'm very happy with the purchase.

Comfort is what I feel when sitting in this office chair. It's so comfortable that it even makes me sleep in it. Due to my job I spend hours in front of the computer, I'm glad that it comes with a lumbar support pillow. This office chair gives me good upper and lower back support. As soon as I feel tired, I can recline the backrest and pull out the footrest to rest comfortably and take a short or probably longer nap (depends on how tired I am). Assembling this office chair took me about 45 minutes to assemble but I did need my friend extra help because this office chair is kind of heavy. The first thing was to assemble the foot base with the wheels. Then, put the cylinder and protective cover in the middle of the base. Next, we assemble the seat with the armrest and footrest. I almost forgot, the most important thing is to place the center of the mechanism in the middle of the bottom of the seat. This mechanism helps balance, recline, raise and lower the office chair. After all, we connect the backrest with the seat. And finally, we complete the assembly of the chair together with the cylinder and base made previously at the beginning and that's it! The fabulous black office chair is ready to sit on! It is easy to assemble as it comes with step-by-step instructions and all the pieces are labeled so we don't get confused. Overall, it’s comfortable, convenient in size (I’m large) and feels stable. Even my little daughter wants to sit and rest on it. Happy purchase!

The assembly was pretty standard. I have had it for about a month and I already need to tighten the arms a little more, but I appreciate that there aren't weird little plastic caps that just pop off in time and make it look janky. I am 5'4 but round, and it is really spacious for me. The height is still great. I probably won't use the footrest part, but I think it would be fine if I did. The seat cushion is a little thin considering it's meant to be for big and tall, but just put a memory foam pillow in the seat before I sit and it's much more comfortable. The armrests are adjustable, which is very helpful for different scenarios. The backrest is tall, and I appreciate the spaciousness of it as well. The quality of the chair overall is great. My only complaint, minor as it is, other than the seat cushion being easily flattened is that the fabric material is not soft like the term "microfiber" often describes. It's much closer to a rough cotton or soft canvas feel, but it's not uncomfortable. My cats like it more than I want them to. There's enough space on the top of the back of the chair for my cat to sleep on it when she wants to, so that's kind of nice, too! :)

I bought this because my cats tore up the fake leather chairs and so far it's working wonderfully. The fabric itself is tough and almost carpet-like. This could be a pro or con depending on what you need it for me. Since I have cats it's a fairly big pro, but if you are looking for a soft fabric then this really isn't the product for you. I've had 3 different chairs for my computer desk, a recliner that sat rather low, a gaming chair, and this. This chair sits high and I had to actually adjust my monitors because of it. at max height I can basically see over my computer tower which sits on my desk. As for comfortability, I have to say it's very good. It has a better cushion than my $120 gaming chair I had years ago, and better than my ~200 dollar recliner. The cushion is fairly thick and the supports can't be felt under the cushion. The chair itself is really easy to assemble having something like 20ish screws with the rest just snapping into place. Overall if I could give it a 4.5/5 I would. Some parts feel cheaper, such as the plastic bits hiding the actual bar that holds the chair connecting it to the wheels. The price is also another big con, as there are probably cheaper options.
