This company was phenomenal to work with and the chair is simply excellent. After I ordered the chair, I called them to ask for some roller blade style wheels because of my floors in my home and they were quick to respond and send me those wheels. Customer service is top notch. It takes a little to put the chair togther, but that is part of ordering things that come in a box. Thanks to Efomao for a great (grey colored) executive office chair. My version came with a shorter center post but for some chairs you may have to ask them to send you a shorter center post If you need that to get yourself a little lower to fit your knees under the desk. This chair is exactly what I was looking for! The fabric is soft, the cushions are actually thick and comfortable, and the ability to lean back is so nice! I didn't put the arm rests on because I don't really need them which gives me even more room to sit criss-cross. I already have an ottoman under my desk so I won't really be using the foot rest but it's still a nice feature to have. The little pillow isn't connected so you can put it wherever you like and the cover of it is actually removable so you can wash it or even change the stuffing if so inclined. update: Since my review went live the company reached out to me. With several emails back and forth, added videos and clarification, we got to the bottom of the problems and they did amazing work to get this chair into working order. TOTALLY a 5 star chair and company! old review: I have given this chair just under a month before I decided to give my review.....and though it has some cool concepts, for the price? Its a fail. It is super comfy, and the fabric is soft. The seat is wide so I am sure larger people can fit easily. But that is about where it stops being good. The wheels crack pop and make all sorts of sounds as you attempt to wheel around, not giving me high hopes of this lastly very long. The arm to allow the chair to go up/down, worked for 2 days and stopped. And even when it was working, it was a good 2 inches shorter in the seat then the old one, making it short for the desk its used on. ... show more

I don’t get all the good reviews. This chair is not comfortable at all. The wheels aren’t smooth rolling on a hard surface. Gave me upper back pain in just a few hours. The cushion is not squishy like it looks it’s very flat when you sit on it

Love the chair. Very comfortable, can recline a bit and it doesn't feel hard on the body. The only gripe I have is those little rubber things to stop the footrest from popping all the way off the chair. They fell off somewhere somehow and I went to go pull it out to put my feet up and it just slipped out completely. Don't know where they went either. ... show more

The chair went wonky on me, and I couldn't figure out how to contact them about any warranty. They reached out to me, and they took care of the problem. Aside from the minor glitch, the chair is awesome. It's well cushioned, super comfortable, and I love the plush arm rests.

This chair is built solid and is comfortable. It can be put together in 30 minutes. I bought the fabric gray version. The reclining feature and foot rest make it really comfortable for lounging. The lumbar section is a little firmer that the rest of the back of the chair, but it supports my lower back in a comfortable way very well. I did have an issue with the seat cushioning, but their customer service took care of me and made it right ASAP. I would buy this chair again. ... show more
