This is THE BEST chair! Worth every single penny. Easy to put together. Perfect if you work from home like I do. I sit for hours in it, and it's SO comfortable and wide and provides great support. It leans back comfortably and the footrest is a GAME CHANGER. I'm female, 5'3, 190lbs, I can sit crosslegged in the big seat with my keyboard in my lap or crosslegged using the footrest, or lounge back when on a break. It's like a cozy throne. Chair is easy to clean, doesn't squeak, and is so buttery soft, YOUR SKIN DOESN'T STICK TO IF WHEN WEARING SHORTS!! If I'm sitting and reach down to get something off the floor the chair DOESN'T FLIP OVER like past chairs I've purchased and throw me to the floor (ouch). The green color is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, like a soft jade green as advertised in the pic, very soothing and attractive. It comes with a little pillow that fits well in lower back. Highly recommend this chair! BEST PART: the backrest arrived with mild damage - the side mesh material had a slash in it, an inch long and the first thing you see when you look at the chair. I received a reply to my email request for a replacement within 30 minutes! with apologies and that they would send a new part ASAP. The new backrest arrived 6 days later in perfect condition and was easy to swap out. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! (The original backrest did not have the brand name plate on the back. The new one that arrived does but it's 2in long and placed very low so the chair still looks professional.) SIDE NOTE: It came with two magic erasers with instructions to use specifically for the WHITE chair if your clothing, like dark pants, rub off onto the material. I have not had any issue with denim or any of my clothing rubbing off on the green chair but for those who order white, it is anticipated that this might happen, just FYI.

Whenever you buy an office chair online you're taking a chance- without actually sitting in it you will never know if you'll like it or not... I am VERY happy I chose to take a chance on this chair, would def buy again. This chair does not have a lot of bells and whistles but is very good value for price being very well made and extremely comfortable. This is a "big and tall" office chair with very plush cushioning and soft fabric (never buy that pu "leather" trash). The size is perfect for me, a 6'2", 190 lb person. Tall enough to lean my head back against the back of the seat, wide enough I can sit with my elbows inside the armrests if I choose. The armrests themselves are padded on top and inside, adjustable up and down only- very comfy on the elbows. The seat is more than wide enough for me, but I have very skinny hips- wear 34" waist pants. A very large person might not find this chair quite wide enough. The seat cushioning and springs are outstanding. Very firm yet conforming to shape and comfortable for all day use. Someone used to sinking into soft plush cushioning on a chair would probably think this is "too hard", really you're just not bottoming out the cushion and the springs are actually keeping you suspended above the actual seat. I love it. The back reclines a quite far, and independently of the seat. Tension is adjustable. Seat raises and lowers, as do armrests. The footrest is a bit too short to actually stretch your legs out on, but fine for supporting cross legged sitting. I would not trust the thin metal tubes that support it to take much in the way of weight. All controls are office chair-standard. Rufus the AI is stupid and wrong; the footrest is EASILY removable, easier still to just not install it. Nothing about it attaches to anything else, and leaving it off will have zero effect on the chair other than 4 extra holes drilled in the bottom. Overall extremely happy with this choice. As I said, I'm 6'2" and 190 lbs, so more on the "medium" end of the "big and tall" spectrum. Someone much taller and/or heavier than this will probably want to go with a larger chair choice, but for myself this one is perfect.

When I ordered this I had had it in my cart off an on for about 3mths. It went on sale so I went for it, instantly regretted it simply because I never spend that kinda money on myself. So I tried to cancel the order an wasn't able to an I'm so glad I wasn't able to cancel it! Definitely worth the $235 after taxes that I paid for it. So far only thing I'm not crazy about is the wheels they roll just fine on carpet an laminate floors that's not a problem, I don't know how to explain it but I'm not a huge fan of them. Anyways, I'm 5'1 when I'm feeling tall an with the chair on lowest height my feet still dangle some which is no big deal since I have a foot stool when I don't wanna use the leg rest. Feels like the chair wraps around you which is really nice, with great back support. The cushion you plant your butt on is really nice! My hips, an back no longer hurt after a 10hr or more day of working in front of the computer. It's wide enough that I can sit kriss kross applesauce in it without my legs trying to fall off the front. The back is really high so when I lean back an think about why I keep doing responsible adult things like volunteering for overtime every single day then I have that support while i contemplate why I make the decisions that I do lol It did come with 2 sponges for cleaning it if needed. The reclining feature is nice, an foot rest is comfortable only thing it's missing is a seat warmer an a cup holder! My 14 yr old was the one that put it together since he likes to build things, he had it built in about 20minutes! He said it was pretty easy! If you need a good work chair this is definitely the one to splurge on, glad I did.

6' 300lb man for reference. Just got it put together and sat for a while so this is a 1hr in review. Will update later if need be. So far I like it quite a bit better than my last chair(generic gamer chair). It was easy to put together and had clear instructions. Took about 20-30minutes. A few things are going to take some getting used to. The lower cushion, not the pillow but the bottom half of the back rest, doesn't quite feel right on my back, like it rides a bit too high. and the headrest rides a bit low so it meets my shoulders where I'd rather it not. I also expected the seat to be a bit softer. It's not terrible at all, better than my old chair but worth noting that it's not as cushiony as it looks. All these notes will vary depending on your height/weight of course. I do wish the arm rests were adjustable, that's the one thing I was hesitent about. But they are placed pretty well so they haven't gotten in the way of sliding it under my desk or anything. The recline function and height control work well. I'll probably never use the leg rest. I don't really need it and it feels pretty flimsy. Always nervous about buying furniture without trying it out first but all in all it's a pretty good chair for the money. I'd put it up against just about any chair I've tried in it's price range.

Holy comfort! I have POTS and cannot sit normally in chair for hours on end so I bought this to bring into my office and I am already obsessed with it! Assembly: so easy - took roughly 30 minutes. Directions were clear, all pieces were accounted for. Chair feels super sturdy, my mom compared it to a chair she bought for her office with great reviews that “wobbles back and forth” and complimented how sturdy this chair is. Size: perfect at first glance. I have to see how it measures up against my desk, but I’ve read in previous reviews that a shorter bar can be sent to take a few inches off. The width of the chair and the back height is so much better than what I’ve been using for the past year Comfort: 10/10. I’m writing this review sitting in the chair in my living room with it reclined halfway and my feet propped up on the footrest versus sitting on our very plush and comfy couch. The side padding gives great support and the lumbar pillow the can be moved around is already working wonders. It would be nice if it had a strap to stay in place, but it’s barely necessary to have the strap. It’s think cozy, versus the cozy you sink into. A review from a POTS standpoint : I am so excited! I constantly have to move and change positions to contribute to blood flow and there are so many ways to move around and sit comfortably in this chair! I can recline with me legs fully outstretched, I can prop my feet up, I can turn to the side and *comfortably* rest my legs against the arm rests… numb limbs and a sore back will become a thing of the past with this chair I’m quite sure! The material is super soft and comfortable to sit on, doesn’t feel immediately sticky or slippery like some faux leathers do Additionally - I am 5’8” and 240lbs female - wear a size 16 jeans (for my thicker girlies who know!) looking at this chair and have plenty of room in the seat. When I rest my head there’s an additional 3” of space to the top whereas my current chair stops at the top of my neck for my taller people. Biggest con for me would be the length of the footrest, but stability would be compromised if it stretched much further. It only goes out to mid calf and I have short legs and a long torso. Additionally - my dad is 6’4” and said the back of the chair is too short for him. He would need an additional headrest piece to come up so if you’re taller than 6’1”, this chair may not be what you’re looking for.

This chair is extremely comfortable and stable! There is plenty of support and it is easy to adjust all the different features. The color is just as pictured. While a screw hole was missing it hasn't affected the product at all and seems to still work perfectly. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, this chair only took 30 minutes to build!

Beautiful green color, but the chair sits a little high and has trouble scooting under the desk without scraping the arm rests (when in lowest position - wouldn't work if they were raised). The wheels didn't move well on pile carpet, so I had to replace them with roller-blade style wheels, which helped. The PU leather is hot to sit on for an extended time. The "spring"-cushioned seat bottoms out easily and lacks any function, in my opinion - an additional chair pad will be required for me to be comfortable sitting in it for very long. Another concern is that the leg rests slides out a bit when you move the chair too quickly - it'd be better if it latched somehow. I like the chair well enough, but feel that the price is a bit high, considering the issues that affect me, compared to other chairs. The pillow offers good lumbar support and I like the comfort of the arm rests, which adjust high enough to support a tall guy like me. 1 month update: the seat is not comfortable. It truly feels like there's little to no cushioning at all.

________ UPDATE: I have now had the chair for 6 months, and the structure remains solid. It is still comfortable, moves effortlessly between workstations, and is still in good overall shape. The seat is not flat (like some of the other reviewers have mentioned) and the material still looks fantastic. Shortly after writing the original review, I reached out to the company about the rubber washer issue I was having, as it caused the footrest to slide out randomly, and they happily sent me the replacements. Twice, actually. But the replacement washers were eventually lost as well, so there's that. But as far as the rest of the chair goes, there is a problem: the foot rest is now broken. The bolts that hold the bracket to the underside of the seat just came loose and fell out, with no way to fix it for the time being, so now the foot rest is nothing more than a bulky and cumbersome paperweight and I am back to using a separate footstool. I say this in frustration, because one of the reasons I got this chair was for not only the sturdiness and the reclining features, but also for the ability to raise my feet up, as the majority of my day is spent on this chair. Needless to say, I am disappointed. Unfortunately, I think that this is an ongoing and inherent flaw in the design of sturdy office/gaming chairs with this feature- that without any additional (and bulky) hardware (like what a La-Z-Boy has, for example) they simply can't do what they say they can do. Well, not for very long, anyway. So be advised- the footrest option, if you use it regularly, has a lifespan of 6 months. The chair itself, though, is quite comfortable, and continues to work well for me. ______________ Original Review: I did a lot of research before buying a chair for my home office. I had bought gaming chairs in the past, only to find that they were poorly made and wore out in less than a year. So far, though, this chair doesn't disappoint. It is comfortable, really sturdy, and has enough features that I can adjust myself several times throughout the day without any problems. A bonus is that it looks really expensive without the price tag. My family was impressed, and my brother and father are considering buying one for themselves now. The only issue I have had is that the rubber "gaskets" on the footrest legs didn't stay on for more than a week. Not a deal breaker, though; I just have to be aware how far out I pull it, or it comes all the way out and then I have to reach down to put it back in. This can be annoying, especially if I am in a hurry to get something done, but frankly I am just really happy to find a chair that supports my plus size legs and frame like it was made for me. A suggestion to the company would be to include an extra set or two of these washers with the assembly.
