I have several ecoflow products and have never needed warranty work until now. I am very pleased with how professional this company is and how they back they're product. When I first got this thing it was making a loud scraping noise from the fan. I contacted customer service at ecoflow and in no time they had me send the bad one to them and they sent me a new one with no hassles. After using this refrigerator for a few days now, it's not too heavy to throw in the car for a road trip. Works very fast and very well. Internal space is pretty decent. Noise level is excellent! Very quiet for a refrigerator. The led lights inside are perfect as well. On the bad side it needs to be charged once a day if left on with just the add on battery. I have it hooked to a delta 2 with add on battery for 2300 kwh or so total and lasts much longer. Perfect size for camping and what not. Charging box gets super hot while charging for extended amount of time. If left plugged in and stays pretty much at 100% then the box stays nice and cool. If you let the refrigerator power drop to say 60% and then charge is when box gets hot. Other than the few cons, very nice unit! Awesome company and products. Will continue to buy their products

This dual zone fridge/freezer is the coolest (pun intended). I've been looking at it longingly since it first came out about a year ago, but $1000 plus the cost of the battery was too steep. Fortunately they recently had a sale, and I jumped on it. The Glacier has two temperature zone settings (which can be set manually or via EcoFlow's phone app), so you can set one side to refrigerator temp. and the other side to freezer temp. The two sides are separated by a removable divider that stores in the lid when you want just one compartment you can set at whatever temperature you desire. The icing on the cake is that this unit includes a built in ice maker! I've tried out all of the features, and everything works great. I highly recommend the removable battery (purchased separately) because it can power the unit for about 6-8 hours. The battery can then be recharged via a USB port or solar panel. You can also use the included AC power cord to power the Glacier, but the whole point of a portable unit is to be portable, right? One last thing, the EcoFlow company now has an add-on extension handle and wheels, which I purchased from a different vendor, because I couldn't find it on Amazon. The Glacier unit (without battery) is about 50 lbs. and with battery is around 58 lbs., so the handle and wheels are well worth purchasing, IMHO. Please note that I purchased these items and have not received any compensation for this review , so this is my unbiased opinion.

The vest portable refrigerator/freezer until it’s not. The unit I bought work flawlessly for about a month. We went on a camping trip and when I opened it up, every thing was frozen. I started looking online on what could be wrong with this unit, and there were a lot of people having the same issues I have. Basically The thermostat got stuck at 99° so the fridge just keeps freezing everything because it thinks it’s hot inside. EcoFlow sent me a second unit replaced the the original one. After about a week of using the second one same thing happened. Fast forward I got a third unit and has not done the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AT ALL. NOW I’M STUCK WITH A UNIT THAT’S JUST A FREEZER AND DRAINS THE BATTERY WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

I'm a truck driver and I love this thing, I usually have it in 60/40 fridge/freezer configuration so I can store my frozen stuff and cold drinks and sides for meals, the ice maker is so awesome, I get up in the morning and I'll use my app to have it start making ice for me and when I come out of the store I have ice for my water to have for my drive, the battery is a must have accessory for it, the wheels and handle are nice but the battery is used way more often for me, I've had my trucks inverter burn out while I was driving and the battery kept my stuff cold and safe while I was driving all day, I had to use the DC charger that was included to charge the battery back up but since it has a USB c on the battery, I just plugged my phone in and charged it off the fridge while I slept, the unit has been pounded by things falling on it in the truck and with the truck rocking and pitching side to side to easily the fridge doesn't even care, it's got some nicks and scuffs already but it's holding up to the road, unfortunately a sound bar I had for my TV fell after getting loose from its straps and cracked the glass screen, the display still works and the buttons still work fine, definitely not water proof anymore, a con for sure would be on ecoflows end, I called about either getting parts and fixing it myself or sending it to them for repairs, they said they dont offer replacement parts and don't usually do repairs but they will see if they can make something happen, I really want to get a second one eventually so I can have dedicated fridge and freezer with 2 ice makers lol, highly recommend this to anyone looking for such product, it is expensive but by my experience so far, well worth it
