So I got this right before my dog passed, he used it for about a month, it was sturdy, didn't break and fit wonderful for a reactive golden. The handle on it was great and didn't hurt your hands. I can't tell you how long it would had because I didn't get to use it that long on him but for the short time it was a good fit for him. This is my third collar (three dogs) the first two are awesome. Seems somebody had a bad day at the plant and assembled the pink collar latch upside down. Also, this was a returned item as the metal parts were unwrapped and the box was clearly opened before. Amazon! Please don’t send this pink collar out AGAIN! ... show more

These collars are made very well. They look great work great and have everything we need on them. The metal clasps are the way to go the hard plastic ones always brake but not these. I will be ordering more in other colors.
