The manufacturer and seller will not help if anything goes wrong. Our temperature probe sensor went out on 3rd usage and noone carries it or will help you . DO NOT ORDER from this company. Worst service ever. Noone at all carries this type of probe and other generic ones wont' screw in to seal.

This was very functional and exceptionally easy to set up. Heated right up to my desired temp and held it without a problem. This was summer time, so winter function might be a bit different.

So far so good. I’ve had a portable hot tub before so I know how to properly maintain it. I’m disappointed that they are concerned with their pump so they direct you not to run the filter and heater all the time, which normally will stop operating once temp is achieved so not my favorite but it does heat a little more quickly than normal and it he cover does allow it to hold a little heat. I like the all in one set up and so that makes it easy for one person to set it up. I did opt to do an outdoor mat similar to what you would put by an RV for easy cleaning and little more padding. It is quiet in operation and the bubbles do a good job circulating. I do like the filter covers. This set comes with everything you need to get started but I would advise a chlorine floater or routine to keep the water quality maintained.

Was great for the first several months at 104°F. One day it stopped keeping that temp and will only hold between 89-93°F. Have cycled the power several times and the filters were changed on a monthly basis. Water quality has always been maintained even when not in use for a few weeks. I understand the life of these hot tub/spas are finite, but 4 months is far beyond expectation. I will be contacting the company IRT the 12-month Warranty and will update this review accordingly. Update: Company has had very good contact with me and are sending a replacement part. Once it's installed and working properly, I will update the rating further. It's a great tub for 2 people and easily maintained. Having a difficult time reaching anyone for Warranty action.

UPDATE: We have learned a lot more about this Hot Tub and thankfully are now on the right track! The company was very responsive. We have replaced the filters and are doing so monthly. We unscrew and clean the filters every other use (just spray with the garden hose) and we rinse off before getting in the tub. It has worked like a charm, it just takes a little extra effort. We love the tub!! We're sadly disappointed. We got the tub, set it up and used it everyday for about 5 days. Loved it! Very comfortable and perfect for our tired bodies. Yesterday the heater stopped working! I have written to the company since there is a 1 Year Warranty that comes with the tub. I've asked them to please send a replacement heater or a replacement tub. I am hoping that they will honor their written One Warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

We cleaned and showered before every use. We changed filters religiously. We babied this thing. 4 months later a 6 uses. The heater doesn't go over 90. I'm an electrical engineer. I opened it up, and what junk. Using for outside summer pool for grandkids. Don't buy any of these blow ups.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE . The oval hot-tub is perfect for two people, and half the amount of water compared to a regular circular inflatable tub. Spacious and durable, love the jet bubbles, it gets hot 104 degrees easily, when alternating temperatures on panel intermittently. Our tub is outside, under our covered patio. This Hot-Tub survived a cold winter in East Tn. We purchased the thermal cover and elevated the tub onto a 3 inch durable foam panel, cut to fit tub. No complications. After almost a year of having this tub, there was an issue with the control panel. We troubleshooted then contacted the seller for assistance. A NEW Hot-Tub showed up at our door the next week. It was nice to be treated like a VIP customer. Thank you from Knoxville.
