After a solid month keeping the temperature at a constant 104 degrees everything works great no leaks heater runs fine and only using under a dollar a day in electric, this hot tub was a terrific purchase . 5 star in my opinion would recommend this product.

    • Mine sprung air leak a short time after I used it the second time in a seam close to the bottom
I love it. It does take a long time to heat up, but when it does, it is marvelous. As soon as I patch it, since it has an air leak, which I do not know if it’s in the product or if I did something. Not sure if I’d buy the product again.

This died roughly 5 months after purchase. Not a great value. I'm going to go back to Saluspa brand. My last one of those lasted about 2 years for roughly the same amount of money

I set this up in my den for water therapy. The day after setup it was leaking all over my floor and continues to slowly leak and ruin my floor. UPDATE Seller replaced my hot tub free of charge. The new one is working great and not leaking. 5 ⭐s to the seller and Amazon on my purchase.

    • Heater stopped working after 5 days (UPDATE)
UPDATE: We have learned a lot more about this Hot Tub and thankfully are now on the right track! The company was very responsive. We have replaced the filters and are doing so monthly. We unscrew and clean the filters every other use (just spray with the garden hose) and we rinse off before getting in the tub. It has worked like a charm, it just takes a little extra effort. We love the tub!! We're sadly disappointed. We got the tub, set it up and used it everyday for about 5 days. Loved it! Very comfortable and perfect for our tired bodies. Yesterday the heater stopped working! I have written to the company since there is a 1 Year Warranty that comes with the tub. I've asked them to please send a replacement heater or a replacement tub. I am hoping that they will honor their written One Warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. ... show more
