TIP: The base where the hot tub spa is installed must be level, flat, smooth and capable of supporting the combined weight of the Spa, water and users. Especially pay attention to whether there are sharp objects on the ground, otherwise the hot tub will be punctured and leaking air. 360-degree air jet system fills the spa with thousands of bubbles, creating a balanced, all-encompassing body massage. Note: After being on for approximately 20 minutes the bubble jets will stop automatically as a safety feature to prevent the internal pump from overheating. Quickly heats the water up to 104 degrees and once you turn the heating system on, the filter system will also switch on to automatically circulate water. Note: Dependant on the ambient temperature the hot tub will heat the water between 1 – 1.5 Degrees an hour, and please do not set up in temperatures below 6’C (43’F) as this can cause irreparable damage. Powerful filtration system with 2 filter cartridges come included to keep the water circulation and clean in all seasons. Note: If your filter is dirty or has been used over 168 hours the heating system will stop working to avoid overheating and you MUST replace the filter. Durable material which resistant to scrapes and punctures, don’t worry about water or air leaks. Even if you sit on the edge of the tub, it will never lose its shape. Due to this is an oval inflatable hot tub, we highly recommend for 2 people to use because you will have plenty of room to give yourself some me-time or relax after a busy weekend with your partner.     • Heater stopped working after 5 days (UPDATE)
UPDATE: We have learned a lot more about this Hot Tub and thankfully are now on the right track! The company was very responsive. We have replaced the filters and are doing so monthly. We unscrew and clean the filters every other use (just spray with the garden hose) and we rinse off before getting in the tub. It has worked like a charm, it just takes a little extra effort. We love the tub!! We're sadly disappointed. We got the tub, set it up and used it everyday for about 5 days. Loved it! Very comfortable and perfect for our tired bodies. Yesterday the heater stopped working! I have written to the company since there is a 1 Year Warranty that comes with the tub. I've asked them to please send a replacement heater or a replacement tub. I am hoping that they will honor their written One Warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. ... show more

Great inflatable hot tub! Easy to assemble but have in place when inflating as the location of the pump/filter make it heavy on one side and is a 2 person move. Heats up quickly. Lid/cover fits perfectly and buckles in place. It is the perfect size for 1 person stretched out or two people sitting. The location of the drain does make it difficult to empty and the hose itself is short (ours is set up indoors). The pump/filter is quiet and even when the bubbles are running it's not super loud. Bought to replace our SaluSpa with a broken heater and this is better in every way. The shape is more compact but feels just as large in the tub. The motor is built into the tub system. The cover is a higher quality and fits better. The filter stays on more securely. And it actually makes it to 104 degrees!! So happy with this, we have an HOA so opt for an inflatable model just in case. ... show more

    • Warranty action needed within 4 months. Company currently fixing the issue.
Was great for the first several months at 104°F. One day it stopped keeping that temp and will only hold between 89-93°F. Have cycled the power several times and the filters were changed on a monthly basis. Water quality has always been maintained even when not in use for a few weeks. I understand the life of these hot tub/spas are finite, but 4 months is far beyond expectation. I will be contacting the company IRT the 12-month Warranty and will update this review accordingly. Update: Company has had very good contact with me and are sending a replacement part. Once it's installed and working properly, I will update the rating further. It's a great tub for 2 people and easily maintained. Having a difficult time reaching anyone for Warranty action. ... show more

Horrible product. Designed to fail… my warranty covered 90 days. The heater failed on day 91 …….go figure. I need them to replace it. Amazon’s warranty said it was 30 days. Well the manufacturer said 90 days so we’ll see.
