The wiring mechanism on the hot tub was faulty and kept tripping the circuit. I had two electricians come to see if it was the wiring in my house. It was not and both electricians said it was the hot tub. No refund. No help. Nothing. If I sold something bad to someone, I'd go out of my way to correct the mistake. This company is NOT GOOD. Whatever you do, DON'T ORDER THIS HOT TUB.

So far so good. I’ve had a portable hot tub before so I know how to properly maintain it. I’m disappointed that they are concerned with their pump so they direct you not to run the filter and heater all the time, which normally will stop operating once temp is achieved so not my favorite but it does heat a little more quickly than normal and it he cover does allow it to hold a little heat. I like the all in one set up and so that makes it easy for one person to set it up. I did opt to do an outdoor mat similar to what you would put by an RV for easy cleaning and little more padding. It is quiet in operation and the bubbles do a good job circulating. I do like the filter covers. This set comes with everything you need to get started but I would advise a chlorine floater or routine to keep the water quality maintained.

This was very functional and exceptionally easy to set up. Heated right up to my desired temp and held it without a problem. This was summer time, so winter function might be a bit different.

Replaced our larger, higher cost hot tub. Holds 104°F even with 2 people in it. No support for the cover so when it rains, be prepared to clear the pooling from the top.

So far, I would rate this a 3. It does not have an inflatable lid, just a plastic cover. So far, the hottub has only gotten to 100 degrees, consistently. It is set for 104. I will update if it heats up properly.

The hot tub seems superb it was filled and ready to go. I used it twice and then the mice got to it. I'm sorry to have lost it after only two units of use. maybe you can contact me and give me a break on another one

UPDATE: We have learned a lot more about this Hot Tub and thankfully are now on the right track! The company was very responsive. We have replaced the filters and are doing so monthly. We unscrew and clean the filters every other use (just spray with the garden hose) and we rinse off before getting in the tub. It has worked like a charm, it just takes a little extra effort. We love the tub!! We're sadly disappointed. We got the tub, set it up and used it everyday for about 5 days. Loved it! Very comfortable and perfect for our tired bodies. Yesterday the heater stopped working! I have written to the company since there is a 1 Year Warranty that comes with the tub. I've asked them to please send a replacement heater or a replacement tub. I am hoping that they will honor their written One Warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
