I really cannot say enough good things about this bike!! I lost my drivers license temporarily a while back, and I found out that these kinds of bikes were legal to ride without a license. I purchased this bike because the price was good, and it seemed pretty rugged..Also with a top speed of 25 miles an hour, I figured this could get me around pretty quickly. I was definitely not disappointed! First of all assembly was very easy. I would recommend going on youtube and finding the instruction video for this bike, using that you’ll have the bike ready to go in about 20 mins tops. It comes shipped 95% assembled already. After the easy assembly, this bike is absolutely AWESOME to ride!! It’s fast, comfortable, and the fat tires let you ride over pretty much any terrain. I never juiced the max mph up to 25, because it comes pre - set to a 20 mph limit..Ive found this to be fast enough for me. But you can easily raise the top speed. If you want this bike to do all the work for you? And not pedal at all? You can do that 100%, no problem. You can just use the throttle and the bike acts like a slower moving motorcycle. At the 5 setting on pedal assist, you’ll kill the battery pretty quickly, maybe after about 15 miles or so if youre gunning it too top speed the whole time without pedaling at all. If you pedal though a bit, and arent in a hurry, and keep the setting at like 3 pedal assist? You’ll top at at about 11 miles an hour, but you can easily go over 25 miles most likely with a full battery. The battery life is very, very good if you conserve it while riding by doing some pedaling. Ive put over 225 miles on the bike now, and I have to say I havent had one issue with the bike..I actually dont miss driving a car at all thanks to this bike, and I honestly get to local places faster sometimes than I did driving a car! This bike quite literally saved my butt, because without it id have no transportation. Keep in mind this bike is BIG, and tall. Im about 6’ and 215 pounds, and my feet barely touch the ground when im sitting on it. So this isnt a bike for a smaller person. But I have to say, if youre big enough for it, this is probably the best bike you will ever get! This bike has become my trusty steed that I use daily, and I absolutely love it. Its reliable, fast, rugged, and I get compliments every where I go on it. This is NOT one of those dorky looking electric bikes you see out there..Its a real head turner and looks very cool. After having some initial problems with a couple parts that came with the bike, and being very frustrated, the customer service took care of my issues. I have since taken the bikes for a couple rides and am very pleased with the overall ride and functionality of the bike. I looked at many bikes and was really trying to stay in the $1000 range, which can be hard to do with an e-bike, but this one suits my needs very well. I'll be interested to see the full range on the bike, I did take it for a 10 mile ride at mostly 3-5 on the pedal assist and used 2 bars (out of 5) on the battery. I'm hoping using it at that level I can get near 30 miles, but it seems like it should be close to that. I also wish it either came with fenders or there were some better options for it. I purchased some plastic ones that do the job but are kind of flimsy. I don't know if anyone has any suggestions on that front. Otherwise, the ride is very smooth. I agree with the comments on the bike seat, it's not very comfortable especially if one does a longer ride, so I will need to upgrade. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. My wife bought a much more expensive bike with 750W battery that I suspect will have a longer range. Her bike also came with some nicer finishes but again overall for the price, I think my bike matches up very well with it. For someone who lives near the beach and often faces stiff ocean breezes on my way there, this bike is a game changer. My normal 30 minute ride there took 17 and I wasn't completely exhausted after getting there. For anyone looking for a very solid e-bike, I would definitely consider this Ecotric. ... show more

The bike rides SMOOTH, the installation was easy and if you're used to motorized bikes, and it's the best budget Ebike option in my opinion. The battery life lasts decently long, the charging time isn't overly long taking about 4 or 5 hours, it's quick reaching around 20 MPH and weighs about 60 lbs. It's tough, already surviving me slipping off and crashing without a dent. The one con I can say is it's a BIG bike and the seat could be changed as the original one that came with it was a bit uncomfortable in my opinion. Hi guys , i never write a review , but this time i have to let you all know that this bike and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, is not reliable . As others describe in previous reviews, after having the bike for few week’s, the motor started to do weird noise ,like cracking, very scary while i was riding, i contact the customer services (not phone as they are in China ) no one is in USA only warehouse. We start to exchange emails , back and forth for me to explain the issue they asked for pictures videos etc… , they even tried to teach me how to repair it . Finally after 20 emails they admit that i will not be able to repair it and they agreed to shipped me a new one and i had to return the one defective . After receiving the new one and ride it for 2 month 170 mile only the motor start to having issue again , this time was different problems, the motors stop by himself when riding up hills. I contacted them again same girl (with her google translation emails) she tried again to make me believe that is normal !! This time they didn’t wanted to replace or repair . This product is Not Reliable and the customer service is horrible i will not advise any of my friend to purchase it . ... show more

The quality of the bike is fantastic, nice looking solid bike, assembling is easy, however I need to adjust the brakes front and back, the brake pads and the disk are making noise, but it’s just a minor issue, completely satisfied with the bike 5⭐️
