This is a very good exercise bike, with very reasonable price. Well, it may not look as fancy as those super advance exercise bikes as you may have seen in commercial gyms. But it does have all the basic functions that are actually sufficient for a true exerciser. Having a cool, fancy look is not the number one thing for a true exerciser, it is the basic functions of the machine and our strong will power that really matter. The machine has perfect height and very comfortable angle to expert force. Well packed; comprehensive assembly instructions, even though in "fractured" English. All nuts and bolts individually packaged by "Assembly Steps," but needs two people to assemble. Good solid feel when riding, easy to adjust seat for different size users, i.e., 165 lb guy and 110 lb wife! Instrument panel easy to read while riding, VERY DISSAPOINTED there is no help in long term maintenance and/or repair and no manual available from "[email protected]" website. ... show more

I got this to see how I'd like Zwift. As far as I can tell it doesn't connect by itself but I use the qdomyos-zwift app and it will work with Zwift. This is great for those who want to try the apps but probably not use long term. If you don't care about the apps it's perfectly good on its own.

First of all there are a lot of Spin bikes in amazon. This one is quite, easy to assemble and I am able to mimic my position riding in my Road bike. I bought this in preparation for winter and and rainy days when I am unable to ride. Plenty of spin bike available in amazon as I have said earlier. The question is how is customers their customer service? Well Echanfit customer service is amazingly incredible. Fast reply to your emails and addresses all your concerns. I had some special needs with my spinbike and they never stopped communicating until I was fully satisfied. So I know that if I ever have a problem with my Spinner,,,,,, Echanfit has my back. The machine is heavy and seems to be well built however difficult to put together especially when you don't have all the parts. Panel didn't work. Very disappointed.
