Well packed; comprehensive assembly instructions, even though in "fractured" English. All nuts and bolts individually packaged by "Assembly Steps," but needs two people to assemble. Good solid feel when riding, easy to adjust seat for different size users, i.e., 165 lb guy and 110 lb wife! Instrument panel easy to read while riding, VERY DISSAPOINTED there is no help in long term maintenance and/or repair and no manual available from "[email protected]" website.

This is a very good exercise bike, with very reasonable price. Well, it may not look as fancy as those super advance exercise bikes as you may have seen in commercial gyms. But it does have all the basic functions that are actually sufficient for a true exerciser. Having a cool, fancy look is not the number one thing for a true exerciser, it is the basic functions of the machine and our strong will power that really matter. The machine has perfect height and very comfortable angle to expert force. If you have limited budget but still want to benefit from stable work out like I do, this machine would be a very suitable choice.

First of all there are a lot of Spin bikes in amazon. This one is quite, easy to assemble and I am able to mimic my position riding in my Road bike. I bought this in preparation for winter and and rainy days when I am unable to ride. Plenty of spin bike available in amazon as I have said earlier. The question is how is customers their customer service? Well Echanfit customer service is amazingly incredible. Fast reply to your emails and addresses all your concerns. I had some special needs with my spinbike and they never stopped communicating until I was fully satisfied. So I know that if I ever have a problem with my Spinner,,,,,, Echanfit has my back. For me that is very important in owning a spin bike. Thanks Echanfit for a great product and an amazing after sales service.

Both my husband and I are using for daily exercise and it is sturdy and stable. It took us a couple of hours to put together but just following the steps made it easy. All parts are numbered and the instructions while somewhat unclear were okay to follow.

Really disappointed in this bike. I had a similar one several years ago and everything on it worked well.. Not so on this one. The magnetic "adjustable resistance" knob does absolutely nothing, and after partially disassembling the riser stem, I see no way to make the function adjustable. The reset on the various functions of the dashboard work for the most part, but the reset for "time" quit working after only a week. If you want to just sit and spin off some miles while watching TV (Me) and don't care about the magnetic resistance feature, this is an OK form of cardio. But if you're looking for adjustable resistance to mimic hills, etc. better look elsewhere.

Great cheap spin bike! Flywheel doesn't spin as freely as the one at the gym when on no tension. Still worth the money! Both the handlebars and the seat adjust up and down as well as forward and back. I use with Peloton app
