This will be brief. I don't think that this is the highest quality bike you can get, but for the money for a new bike, it has been great. You'd only know it isn't top notch if you know what to look for. My son has ridden the heck out of it since his birthday in June (2025), and it is holding up well. He takes good care of it and has mostly been riding on the road. Take it for what it's worth. To be honest, in hindsight, from a value perspective, I wish we would have put the same cost into the best used bike of a name brand like Schwinn as was available. It's a better bang for the buck. Bought this bike cause it looked great and price was great but when I came to unbox it I noticed the forks were not lined up with the frame as of it wasn't assembled correctly from the factory so I could not install the front tire of the bike. This mountain bike has a sturdy frame and feels very durable. It's very stable on both mountain and dirt roads. The wide tires provide excellent grip, making cornering and descents safe. The overall build quality is excellent, and the colors are very cool.

Had an issue with the brakes cable/lever, adjuster stripped. Never could get any real solution, and was suggested by seller to take it to a bike shop for repair and reimbursement. Estimates were around 75% of purchase price, and couldn't get commitment of payment from seller. Ended repairing as best I could. Functioning OK but not what you'd hope for the cost and all being new. Overall a good bike, for the balance of cost, vs features. ... show more
