These batteries are light as feathers. I used them in a wireless handheld microphone, and they worked great—no issues at all. PROS: Higher initial voltage so high draw items run better for longer times, nominal 1.817 VDC vs OEM Optima at 1.7 VDC or OEM Standard AA nominal 1.5 VDC. Consistent voltage output across all batteries and they come cased for long term storage and go bags if needed. Seem to last considerably longer than other AA batteries on high draw devices and with more RPMs on motorized devices. CONS: Not rechargeable (NOTE: keep in mind most rechargeable AA batteries only have a nominal 1.25 VDC output at full charge, and decay and lose charge quickly, thus almost everything you put a rechargeable in runs slower and/or for less time), bit pricey at $2 each, but, as usual you get what you pay for and more power for longer times at lower temperatures with less weight is part of this. Unknown if they will hold a charge for 25 years, but if your young enough feel free to test that! Overall good value for a 12 pack of great batteries. ... show more

I'm suppressed with these batteries from opening the box. They come in their own plastic container where each battery fits waiting for you to use it. You have a lot of energy in them. I've not been able to drain them easily like the typical store button batteries. Considering how much power they have and how long they last they are great value for their money. Batteries are batteries, but I have a couple of devices in my house that require lithium batteries or else they don't last very long. One of my smart door locks started yelling at me that it has low battery the day these arrive. I installed them immediately, and so far they're working. Time will tell if they last as long as some of the major brands of lithium batteries, but they are providing power for now. ... show more
