The product description said there may be scuff on the exterior. Accurate. There were a couple. The description said it would come with an aftermarket charger... it did... buuuuuut it didn't work. I already have very little faith in aftermarket "made-in-china" garbage, but this seller needs to look closer or at least test these things before asking for a positive review. I had to shell out an additional $115 to buy an apple brand charger for fear of buying another aftermarket charger that could potentially do damage to my computer or it's battery and hurt the longevity of such an expensive machine. The laptop itself seems to work just fine. Sound is good, trackpad doesn't appear to have any dead-zones or anything like that. All of the keys seem to be functional. The specs on this machine are exactly as described. The screen looks nice and vibrant. Last thing, when I ordered the machine I was promised a Saturday delivery but the seller did not use priority shipping because the UPS tracking stated it wouldn't arrive until Monday evening. This set my work projects back two whole days which was a bit annoying. If the seller was interested in making this right I would be willing to amend this poor review for a replacement charger MADE BY APPLE or a reimbursement for the one I had to purchase in the amount of $115.83 I would definitely not accept a replacement 3rd party aftermarket charger as form of reparation. ... show more

I just received this refurbished laptop today and was slightly skeptical about buying something used. I thought I would take the risk and maybe the value would be worth it. Upon opening the obviously used box I found a near perfect condition MacBook Air. Minimal scratches and smudge marks. This laptop is fast and responsive.
