I use the X4 to record my bike rides which normally take around an hour and still have around 30 minutes or more remaining set at 5.7k 60fps. This is a great battery! That's the advantage of being created by the manufacture of the camera. With that being said, my mark down is for battery life. When filming 360@8k 30fps, the battery is good for about 1h 15 minutes. I would have preferred it was much closer to 2 hours for vehicle trips.     • OEM - What Could Go Wrong?
A battery is a battery is a battery - until it isn't. I have been burned too many times with non-brand batteries that provide the power but do not interface with device electronics. So, when it really matters - like in videos of once-in-a-lifetime events - I go OEM. Not much else to say.
