    • Compact and effective
Some Panasonic chargers, like the one for the batteries for my S1, are incredibly bulky. Ridiculous actually. This after-market charger is really compact and I don't hesitate taking it on the road. I haven't noticed any difference in battery life between the Wasabi and the OEM battery. But the S5II they go in is really not the battery hog the S1 is. Note that you do not get a dedicated wall wart with this charger. Just plug it into an existing wall wart using a USB-C cable. I have been using my 1+Pro fast charger, with max 8W output, and it has been working fairly quickly. I believe it does come with a cable allowing it to charge from a standard USB wall wart, as opposed to USB-C, but I've always charged USB-C to USB-C. Again, very elegant and simple design, and charging two batteries simultaneously is a big help when I am travelling and want to be sure I will get my shots when I am in the field! ... show more

Great price compared to OEM battery, but battery lifetime only about 60%. However, considering you're getting two batteries and a charger, still a solid deal.

I’ve been eyeing this set for a while and finally decided to purchase—no regrets! The batteries hold a charge well, and I can even use the included charger for the original Lumix battery. It’s great having extra battery life for a full day of shooting, especially when traveling or working on client shoots.
