I gave this product one star when I first got them and they deserved it. but I reached out to the company to explain my situation and I have never received such good customer service. They apologize so many times not only did they give me my money back but they also gave me a brand new set of batteries and the first pair must have been defective just accidentally because the second pair is awesome they charge so quick and they last just as long as normal cannon battery it's truly a good product. Small businesses might have inconsistency sometimes but it's how you deal with it inconsistency that makes your company what it is and this company has done way more than I ever expect and in that in this instance I give them the best review I can even if I didn't get new batteries and just to get my money back be so genuine and their apologies is definitely worth five stars alone but they sent a new product and the money was refunded and the apologies it's wonderful it's a wonderful thing to see and more companies should do that. All around wonderful experience for this company and turns out almost a better experience with their product.

I picked up the Artman EP-17 batteries and charger pack as a backup power solution for my camera, and I’m really impressed. As a photographer who shoots long sessions, having reliable spare batteries is a must. As soon as the 6 month window passed. only 2 batteries hold 50% charge. and one of the charging bays don't work. I use these batteries about twice a month. And I noticed that only 2 batteries only lasted about 50 to 60 shots. They were in a battery bay with another battery dated the same. Very unfortunate and disappointed. as my last 3 purchases, the batteries are still at 75% capacity. And those are over a year old. My Canon original still holds at 80% of its life, and its 3 years old. so apparently you get what you pay for. But I expected more from that from my former Artman batteries of 18 months at 75% capacity and they're used constantly. on 3 cameras, why I own 14 batteries. 12 Artman but 3 are defunct. Disappointed in the new quality.

These batteries charge so fast and stay charged! I only use one for an event! Theyre compatible with a lot of different cameras and that is what makes them so much better. The size of the charging dock isn’t back and I can just throw it in my bag with everything else! Super functional, and they’re blue!

This is a great battery and charger selection for most Canon EOS camera users. The batteries seem to keep their charge longer than the standard Canon batteries, however, being new, I would expect that. When charging, each battery charges at its own rate giving an indication of which might be aging out.

These batteries work well, and have a good lifespan. Same thing goes for the charger. It works fine, and has an LED display to show status. My only complaint, which drops this set from 5 to 3 stars, is that the batteries are not "decoded". Canon loves proprietary technology. As such, if the batteries aren't "decoded", there are a couple of compromises you need to be willing to make. 1) The battery life in the camera always appears to show as full, right up until the battery runs dead and powers the camera off. Could be an issue if recording long videos. 2) You cannot charge these batteries in camera. By extension, you cannot plug in a power bank and count on it for things like long time-lapses. I have heard of other 3rd party batteries that do NOT have these limitations. Having said that, they perform well for the price, if you can live with these compromises. Conversely, the charger DOES charge the OEM batteries from Canon without issues.
