Took 2 electric bikes on a 300 mile trip. Had the bikes strapped in place., along with using ratchet straps for extra support on both bikes. The bar that supports the seat bar was so thin it bent the bar in 2 separate places, causing the bike to fall over against the other bike. This made several deep scratches in both bikes.

Seems really sturdy and some great features. I like the hardpoints to be able to strap the bikes down. The ramp is a definite plus. I like that it straps to the seat posts rather than a cross bar and that there are two separate uprights to connect the bikes.

Box was ripped open on delivery from FedEx. Missing four screws that hold the plastic ends on one bike channel. Seems to be well built. Only concern is will this block the tail light when it is on the back of out Class C motor home. We’ll see?

At first we thought this was a great buy. Then we took it on highway and one of the center post holding bike up Bent! We - called Amazon and they offered 55 dollar refund or ship it back to them for full refund. Now I’m stuck trying to take rack apart so I can ship it back and find a large shipping container.

Customer service has been wonderful. We assembled the unit and found out we were missing the seat straps. Not only did they send the straps they gave a partial refund for our troubles. It works great. We have only used it for local driving and transport but so far, so good.

Only used 2 times. First time everything went good. 2nd time the wind bent the bike support pole, and wheel strap broke upon reloading.
