Speedy, maybe even a bit too fast for my comfort. I miss the dynamic braking and easing into movement that my other scooter has. Comfortable, but I'm still told about (through my back) rough pavement. Operator's manual NEEDS specific instructions about the various switches, not just where they are. Haven't yet checked out the range, but I'm hopeful it's not exaggerated in the ads. I added a telescopic bike flag for more visibility. Response to a question about a perceived problem was quick and correct. All in all, well worth the price. I'm not really into recommending products, but this one gets my nod.

I bought this for my dad. He absolutely loves it. It has given him freedom and mobility while keeping him hip with his hippie friends. He loves that it can travel far and also that it is a very stable scooter. He was completely unsure of the color but loves it now. The company was awesome to work with and was very prompt in answering my questions and assisting me in getting it to my dad who lives in a different state. Their customer service alone would make me want to purchase from them again. But the fact that this beautiful scooter has provided freedom and safety for my dad means the world to me. There's been nothing he or I wish to change about the whole process and product! Great job ♡♡

1st scooter transaxle broke within 8-10 days charging system faulty... some lights didn’t work... overall paint job didn’t mismatch throughout scooter.... 2nd replacement scooter... oil leaking from transaxle within 2 days of normal usage.... paint different shade of orange from the first one...... very beautiful scooter... but like the beautiful swan that couldn’t fly... asked for my $2000 back..... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS PRODUCT.... would NEVER recommend it to anyone... look elsewhere ... not even worth a rating... 2 scooters and both defective

When we received the scooter it arrived with a headlight lens that had manufacturer defects. We were a little slow in contacting E-wheels about the problem and they told us that it was a part that had to be replaced within 30 days (we contacted them after that time period) and so was not longer under warranty. Cascade Healthcare Solutions (the seller) volunteered to pay for the new part and have it shipped to us. In addition they stayed in close contact with us throughout the process. We are giving them a five star review. By the way we are very happy with the scooter with the exception of the defective headlight lens.

It is a nice scooter but already having problems with the back wheel losing air. Makes a humming noise also. When we finally got ahold of top mobility they didn't understand the problem. Cannot afford to send it back or it would be on its way. They did replace the plastic piece over the speedometer that was scratched when we got it. Will never buy an expensive anything online again.

The EW-36 is everything advertised. I am very pleased with my electric scooter. It took me a few rides to learn to adjust the speed dial correctly, but after that the ride was smooth and enjoyable.
