I bought this for my dad. He absolutely loves it. It has given him freedom and mobility while keeping him hip with his hippie friends. He loves that it can travel far and also that it is a very stable scooter. He was completely unsure of the color but loves it now. The company was awesome to work with and was very prompt in answering my questions and assisting me in getting it to my dad who lives in a different state. Their customer service alone would make me want to purchase from them again. But the fact that this beautiful scooter has provided freedom and safety for my dad means the world to me.     • Seller, Cascade Healthcare Solutions is great
When we received the scooter it arrived with a headlight lens that had manufacturer defects. We were a little slow in contacting E-wheels about the problem and they told us that it was a part that had to be replaced within 30 days (we contacted them after that time period) and so was not longer under warranty. Cascade Healthcare Solutions (the seller) volunteered to pay for the new part and have it shipped to us. In addition they stayed in close contact with us throughout the process. We are giving them a five star review. By the way we are very happy with the scooter with the exception of the defective headlight lens. ... show more

    • That you do your home work in regards to EWheels scooters
1st scooter transaxle broke within 8-10 days charging system faulty... some lights didn’t work... overall paint job didn’t mismatch throughout scooter.... 2nd replacement scooter... oil leaking from transaxle within 2 days of normal usage.... paint different shade of orange from the first one...... very beautiful scooter... but like the beautiful swan that couldn’t fly... asked for my $2000 back..... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS PRODUCT.... would NEVER recommend it to anyone... look elsewhere ... not even worth a rating... 2 scooters and both defective ... show more

    • It’s ok for the price.
It gets around and that’s the main thing. The seat is adjustable and comes with a seatbelt. One headlight does not work, but I’m pretty sure I can fix that myself. The side mirrors, which you have to attach yourself, are not great quality and don’t remained tightened.

The EW-36 is everything advertised. I am very pleased with my electric scooter. It took me a few rides to learn to adjust the speed dial correctly, but after that the ride was smooth and enjoyable.
