~These racks are the most convenient item a cook can have in the kitchen. I have a different style that I have used for decades but I truly like this new style that prevents food from falling through. ~The four racks are made of stainless steel and are approximately 15”x10”x3.5” each and they stack on top of each other to give the cook maximum use of the countertop for other chores. ~When stacked there is ample space between each rack to place various baked items. They will not stack full loaves of bread but I have used this type of rack when making smaller loaf breads such as fruit breads or fruitcakes. The racks are great for cooling several pies at once or for cooling multiple layers of cake. ~When not in use, the legs of the racks can fold under and be stored away in the cabinet. They take up no more space than a 9”x13”x pan. ~The best part of these racks are the grid lines that create small squares preventing food from falling through when loading them up. My old racks are single parallel lines going across and if the food, in particular cookies are not placed just right, they will fall through to the next rack and break in the process. ~Although it says the racks are dishwasher safe, I would still wash them by hand. The joints are not stainless steel and can be prone to rusting. ~Other things these racks can be used for are baking in the oven or cooking on the grill. Again, I personally would not use my racks in this manner but that is a personal preference. There are other more suitable cooking utensils for those tasks. If used for cooking foods, be sure to wash immediately afterwards so food does not harden and stick to the grids. ~The price for these racks appears to be right with its competitors. ~As a long time user of this style of cooling racks I highly recommend using them for many of your cooling needs in the kitchen. They are also useful for various arts and craft projects. I like to paint/decorate ceramic ornaments for the holidays and these racks are a great way to store my ornaments while the paint/glue dries. I am sure there are many other ways these racks will be useful because of the way they can be stacked saving counterspace.

Overall, this has been a very positive addition to our kitchen, especially for frequent baking. My daughter bakes regularly, and this rack quickly became part of her standard setup. We used it for cookies, muffins, and even cooling bread loaves. The four-tier design is the main strength. It allows a full batch to cool without taking over the entire counter, which is a big deal in a smaller kitchen. The tiers stack securely and feel stable when loaded, and the tight wire spacing prevents smaller items from sagging or slipping through. I absolutely love this collapsible cooling rack set! As the owner of a small cottage bakery, I need all the cooling space I can get, and this has been a fantastic addition to my baking setup. I already own several E-far baking products and have always been impressed with their quality, so I was excited to try these racks. They did not disappoint. The construction is sturdy and stable, even when fully loaded with baked goods. One feature I especially appreciate is the tight grid pattern. Smaller or softer cookies won't sag or fall through the gaps while cooling. When stacked, there is more than 3 inches of clearance between each rack, which provides plenty of room for taller cookies, scones, muffins, or other baked goods. These cooling racks ended up being way more useful than I expected, especially if you bake often or need extra counter space while cooking. I have had plenty of experience with various baking tools and cooling racks. The E-far 3-tier collapsible rack is one of the most useful ones I've tried so far. The build quality of the rack itself is excellent, made from robust stainless steel and reinforced with additional metal bars for support. In contrast to other cooling racks, the E-far rack is not flimsy at all but looks and feels sturdy enough to hold lots of hot items. Another feature that makes this cooling rack stand out is its ability to be stacked. In addition to saving counter space when cooking several batches of cookies at once, the rack allows for better airflow and faster cookie cooling, leaving no wet spots on the bottom part of the treats. I tried using this rack for some oven bacon and jerky as well, thanks to the improved airflow created by the elevated surface. Collapsible legs are extremely handy in terms of folding the rack for storage, because it is making them much easier to store in your smaller kitchen drawers or cabinets than non-foldable racks. Cleaning has been no problem. The smooth stainless-steel surface cleans very easily and looks good after every dish cycle. This product becomes quite indispensable in any home kitchen and can come in handy in various situations like baking bread, preparing food, cooking meat, or even smoking foods on the rack. This product makes a better option than regular single-level cooling racks.

LOVE THESE. I bake a lot, cakes and cookies, and I have two cooling racks that do not stack. I don't know why it took me so long to get a cooling rack system that stacks! These are amazing. I have the 4 levels and it stacks super easily. It sturdy and holds so many cookies! I love this! It's super easy to clean, use, and put away. I have my collapsed and stacked. I absolutely love these. I've dish washed these as well as handwashed. They have stood the test of time and temperature. They are versatile in how you use them, you can stack or not stack. I love that even when not stacked you can raise them so the cooling between the rack and the counter is larger than 1/2" like most cooling racks so there is much more space and air that circulates and cools.

This can be used for cooking or baking I suppose but we use them for cooling items so baked goods aren't sitting on plates trying to stick to them and burgers aren't sitting in grease after being cooked. They do fit a standard baking sheet so if you're needing to use them in the oven you're set up for success. The legs swing freely so be aware of that while you're setting them up. The rack is stainless steel and easy to clean. The grid is tightly spaced so it'll allow grease to go through without your food becoming a victim of gravity. There's no stoppers or feet on the legs so you'll need to exercise caution using them on the countertop. The fact that they're collapsible makes them versatile and easy to store. Very happy with these.
