  • Perfectly compatible - Form-fitting design with unobstructed battery & SD card access. Securely locked by 1/4'' screws on the top and bottom, with additional locating pins and rubber pads on the base plate to prevent twisting.
  • Multiple mounting interfaces. The cage is equipped with multiple 1/4'' and 3/8'' screw holes that can be used to install monitors, microphones, flash and other accessories.
  • T5 SSD card holder. Two M5 knob screws are used to lock the T5 SSD and its USB-C cable. There are a variety of mounting options to give you more options. The mount can be mounted on the camera mount with two M4 screws or Two 1/4" screws.
  • It consists of a cage with a NATO handle and a T5 card holder. This handle is equipped with the hole pattern for ARRI accessory mount pins, you can attach compatible extension blocks, also provides 1/4" & 3/8" mounting points for additional accessories .The handles are easy to transport and offer more convenience for low angle shooting.

I love it when I buy a product from a brand I don’t know and it ends up being awesome and not a regret. I’m very impressed with the quality of the rig for the money. It’s definitely a great value when you add up what it would cost to get all of the add ones like top handle with nato rails and ssd holder. It’s exactly what hat I needed for my BMPCC6K to hold all of my accessories. I was about to buy one that was almost double this price but I’m glad I didn’t, this one is just as good (I know because I have experience with the much more expensive one). It took me about 10 minutes to get my BMPCC, external drive, and mic attached. Some reviewers wish that MagicRig included instructions—if you played with LEGOS as a kid, you'll have no trouble putting this together. Take a good look at the product images. I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and high quality the MagicRig is. I was going to shell out more for the SmallRig gear but am so glad I took a chance on this. Reasonable price. The only reason why I give it 4 starts is because there is only one place you can attach the ssd card holder without an additional adapter. Other than that I love its versatility.

I’ve been using this for months now and I can’t complain, its easy to install, easy to manuveour(is that a word?!😅) and lastly its afordable. I use this with a blackmagic 6K (not pro) and it fits fine.

The quick nato rail handle on this cage is fantastic in the package. I mount an external monitor on top of the handle and love the setup. Plenty of mounting options as you’d expect, a perfect fit, this will never leave my camera setup!

The best Full and Half camera cages for the Blackmagic Pocket 6K and 4K are these guys. They work with the Samsung SSD’s so I can shoot professional shoots all week on one 2TB SSD. They also allow for my FloLight FloBeam 120, Rode Mic and Monitor. I could for more on to the full cage if I needed but this is the best cage for the money hand down, and I trust my camera and drive in it, the cage is sturdy it protects my BMD Cameras and Samsung SSD all an affordable price. ... show more

    • Not Sure What To Say...
This is identical to my SmallRig cage that I love and paid more for. I've seen knockoffs, but I am struggling to find any differences between the SmallRig and the MagicRig. This is a great cage made better by being about 50% cheaper, with no difference in materials or product quality.
