After unpacking bike I found broken kickstand. I don't how I can contact with maker to send me new one. Please someone support me. Bike is fun for ride, easy to assembly. Good power and accelerarion. Looks preety nice in my opinion.

Buying an ebike online is a scary venture, but the customer support I received from this manufacturer has been excellent. I accidentally smashed my display and Ebycco responded quickly to each email and sent out a replacement part the next day. I have bought 4 ebikes online and 2 from local bike stores, and the Ebycco has provided me with the best support. BAD PURCHASE!!! This bike was a gift. Sadly it has been a problem since the very beginning. It's been to a bike shop. The battery and dangerous melted charger have been replaced. It's still won't work. The seller is taking no responsibility for the defective product and refusing to replace it. Obviously customer service means nothing. 150 miles onto the odometer and I can say that I am enjoying the E9. I live in an extremely hilly area and the PAS makes riding a bike enjoyable again. I am averaging about 40 miles to a charge even with hills, but I recommend charging it up between rides. At 6’3” this bike is tall enough for me, and is honestly probably good up to 6’6”. I do need to get it tuned already as I am getting rear brake slippage that tightening cable tension isn’t solving and the fork assembly is a bit loose. Overall though, the bike may not be as solid as one of the $2-3K e-bikes you see out there, but it is great for its price. ... show more

This one bike is dope, that help me save my gas for my car lots. I ride my bike to my work only 15min. But only change seatpost so I bought other one with little bit length seatpsot.
