Let me tell you, I didn’t even need to fluff it and it was good to go when I took it out of the package. My first night was magical. I slept well and I woke up with no neck or shoulder pain. It’s been two weeks since I bought it and I have no regrets! The shape doesn’t flatten out. The filling is soft but also provides good support (I’m a back and side sleeper). It’s very durable. Although after a few days since I got it, it was slightly too high for my neck. Maybe had it been like an inch less high, it’ll be perfect. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but these pillows really surprised me! They fluffed up nicely after opening and are super soft but still supportive — perfect balance.
