I was skeptical about a refurbished vacuum but this one is the best thing I’ve ever used! It charged very quick out of the box and I was able to clean my fully carpeted 2 bedroom apartment without having to recharge. This was on the lower of the settings and it still locked up so much! I was SO excited to try this and I was not dissapointed. The suction is so powerful and its so lightweight and not too loud. But for some reason the handle of my vacuum shocks me on the palm every once in a while. I have to hold it a certain way so my palm doesn't touch it completely. My fault for not reading carefully, but for the price, i thought I was getting a new item. Turned out it was refurbished and came with scratches etc., and the battery did not work. I was very disappointed. However, customer service was very helpful. They offered me a full return, or a swap for the same product. I asked about getting a refund to cover the price of a new battery, and they agreed to this and processed a $30 refund almost immediately and I was able to order a new battery (DTK brand has the best reviews). ... show more

I got this for my dog. She has bad allergies and dust ruins her. After reading reviews on Amazon for 4 hours, I felt that this was the ideal product. It waz delivered on time, great packaging from the seller, and overall fantastic for a refurbished vacuum. I haven’t stopped talking about this vacuum to my friends 😅 It doesn’t have a long run time. However, we have area rugs, and hardwood floors. It has great suction so it’s not a huge deal to me. It’s something to call out for anyone who vacuums for more than 20 minutes. ... show more

It’s amazing so far! At one point I thought it would have to be returned as it did not seem to hold a charge. Apparently after each use it needs a lot of time before reusing it. I have a Dyson stick vac I bought refurbished about 12 years ago. It was a great vac, but starting to finally lose suction, so I decided to get another one. The suction on this one (when on max) picks my small rugs. Lol These vacs are super versatile with all the attachments and configurations. Worst vacuum cleaner that I have ever purchased! Will not stay charged up. I have tried to contact the seller 3 times to get a refund or a replacement but never hear back from anyone. Definitely would not recommend this vacuum to anyone!!
