Great Quality , Great Value

Spent way too much time researching all sauna options, mainly on amazon but also off amazon. After marking close to 20 I was interested in, I slowly weened it down to this Dynamic Saunas model because 1. It had a solid review rating already with a high number of reviews and 2. From what I found it was basically the largest size I could get while also still being able to use a normal outlet. It’s also worth noting that last I checked, Costco exclusively sells Dynamic Saunas and they sell pretty good products overall so that was also a selling point for me. Now, onto my personal experience with it. SUPER easy to assemble. Fantastic instructions and labelings. My only real complaint, which is very minor, is that it can take quite some time to hear up and doesn’t actually get up to 151F. HOWEVER, I’m sure it will be able to once it gets warmer outside. Have only had it for a month now and it’s been in the garage so has been maybe around 50F out there most of the time and rough estimates, takes maybe 30min to get up to 100, 45min to hit 115, an hour to 125, an hour and a half to hit 140, which is essentially where it tops out right now (144 is highest I’ve seen). And 140 is honestly plenty. Even 130 is plenty, dripping sweat after a few minutes. (Also keep in mind this temp is what the sensor is reading at the ceiling so it’s not technically that hot in the entire interior space, as i confirmed with a portable temperature sensor of my own, but I already suspected this going into the purchase) So my only feedback would be that it would be awesome if you could remotely turn it on with a smart app to get it warming up. But so far that really hasn’t been a big deal. I love it, feel great using it and after using it. I’m trusting that the heating panels are actually emitting the FAR infrared waves as advertised (and at the advertised low EMF). Also love the bluetooth speakers and the overall aesthetics of the sauna are also good. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had this sauna for about 1.5 years. This is probably the longest review I’ve ever written, but I want folks looking at this to know all the details. I gave this 5 stars, but it’s really 4.5 stars. It’s closer to 5 stars than 4 stars though. It’s great, but not perfect. ASSEMBLY - if you count unboxing everything, taking inventory of everything, reading the directions, and fully assembling, then it will take between 1.5 and 2 hours from start to finish. People who say they assembled it in an hour or less aren’t considering unboxing and figuring everything out. Or maybe they are professional sauna assemblers? :-) I’m not an expert handyman, but I would say I’m above average for sure.Assembly is pretty straightforward. Good directions You can assemble a lot of it yourself, but you really need two people to put the walls up. HEATING UP - it really depends on where you put it. If you have it in a climate controlled area and it’s typically between 65° and 70°, then you can heat it up to about 135° in roughly 35-40 minutes. But if you have it in the garage and your garage is not climate controlled, then it might take 50 minutes or so heat up to 135°. INSULATING - I would definitely recommend insulating the door with a thin weather-stripping. Also, I would insulate the outside top … and if it’s in a garage and the cement gets cold, then I would put something between the sauna and cement. FEATURES - as others have mentioned the speakers are excellent. They connected to Bluetooth easily. My side and back panels gets pretty hot, but my bottom panel doesn’t get too hot. ADD-ONS - I would buy a sauna backrest. You can find hundreds of them on Amazon. I also bought this cool metal small hanging bowl to put oils in. You might consider getting a bench pad, but I just use a towel and it’s quite comfortable. Good luck! Overall, it’s a well-made and fun machine and you’ll enjoy using it.

I’m sold and I’m not going back

I’ve had mine since 2024 it is amazing I can’t do without it. I get a good sweat, the speakers for the music are great its my first but will not be my last it’s not perfect but it doesn’t have to be I’m just satisfied easy to assemble and maintain

Quality sauna
Size: 1 Person Compact - 34 x 32 x 67 Inches
So far so good. The sauna heats up quickly. Installation was a breeze. Simple and good instructions. This is a quality sauna and company that’s been making saunas for a while. Five year warranty is reassuring. I bought another sauna from another company and it had issues sent it back. This sauna from the packaging to instruction box and design this is a great company and sauna. Time will tell for the ultimate verdict but as of now I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Also, I’m 5’9 215 broad shoulders athletic build I can’t stand all the way up but sitting down I’m good with my shoulders not hitting the heaters or sides. I did buy a back rest and made it even more comfortable. Other family members have no issues with its size.

Love my sauna!

I was happy to get this and realize it had blue tooth. It was easy to assemble, and works amazing. I love the sauna, even though it’s not full spectrum my philosophy is something is better than nothing! I personally chose a two person sauna because I’m only 5 foot two and I can lay down in it with my legs up the wall for extra relaxation for deep breathing and possible yoga, Nidra or meditation. My only complaints is anytime you want to adjust the time or the heat. You have to basically start over so for example, if I’m in the sauna and I want to turn the heat down, I also have to readjust the time to however much time I had left so it’s an all or nothing adjustment on the panel. Well, I love that it came with the Bluetooth. I don’t love that it steals my Bluetooth attachment every time I turn it on especially when I’m attached to a different set of speakers while I’m warming it up Also, it has light therapy, but know that this is mood therapy and not red light therapy for healing. I still love the red light because it helps give a calming ambience, but it has a rainbow of choices based on your personality. 2 1/2 years later, it’s still smells as good as it did the day that I bought it. Overall, I do still recommend this to friends who ask about my sauna and can’t afford the $8000 plus full spectrum sauna options

Looks great works great easy to assemble

I’ve gotta tell you I’ve changed my entire fitness routine! I do this sauna every single night without fail for 20 minutes two hours before going to bed! It’s a total game changer and I believe it has changed my life! It’s changed my skin and my sleep and my Fitness! My Fitness is very impacted by this and my depth of sleep has changed dramatically! This is large enough to stretch in, but not so big that it takes too long to warm up! Mine takes about 40 minutes to get to 150° and being that it is infrared that’s all you need it to be for 20 minutes! Very easy to assemble and it looks great!

Good purchase

Really good buy. I am very happy the purchase. The sauna is high quality, the Bluetooth works great, the different light options are nice. The wood on the inside and outside is very nice. It was very easy to put together. It’s in my basement in Minnesota, so it starts out in the mid 60’s. Takes a solid hour to get to 140. Says it goes up to 151, but the highest I have seen on mine is 142. Perhaps it’s the fact that it’s in a colder basement. Regardless, 140 or high 130’s is plenty to get a good sweat in for 30 min. You NEED to get the back rest separately, unless you want to sit with perfect posture while trying to relax. The wife and I can sit side by side together with plenty of room. We are average size people. Dynamic is the way to go. You might spend a little more, but it’s worth it

easy assembly, and great output

I bought this prime week in July so if your thinking of a sauna, take advantage black friday if there is a sale. Delivery was fine 2/3 days dropped in driveway near door. Took longer to remove all the cardboard and packing than the easy assembly, seriously. Packed great. Highly advise 2 people just so you can hold one panel and snap into the next. Then just plug and play the wires that are clearly marked. Another great feature if the glass door is already plummed up and mounted to the front panel and secured. I only needed to zip 2 screws to hold on the seat. This has the proprietery red light bulb which is great. My unit is in a fininshed basement 68 degrees. The unit takes about 40m minutes to get to 130 degrees then climbs steady to yop out at 140. My son uses traditional saunas all the time and says this IR one at 130 is as strong as others at 175.My relative is a fireman and they bought one for their station, used constantly and no issues yet. IAlso the bluetooth speakers connect seamlessly and the speakers are loud! nice to crank the music when in the mood. would highly reccomend to any one looking. Just plug it in the wall, assemble, and enjoy all the health benefits. After 30 min I come out drenched like i weas in a pool. I also sleep so soundly on days i use the sauna.
