We've had this for a couple of weeks now: so far so good! I'm used to Finish style saunas so this took a little getting used to. It went together fairly easily. Definitely use two people: I usually scoff at that but in this case... We did have to use a mallet to get the two sides to lock down into the front wall. Just something to be aware of. Other than that the instructions were easy to follow and assembly went smooth. I do wish they had used a little thicker wood for the back trellis and the bench seat. The screws on the back of the bench seat that secure it to the frame underneath pulled loose already, likely from the pressure on the front edge of the bench seat when standing up. I have long construction screws I can use, just haven't gotten to replacing them yet as it requires removing the trellis. Operation is simple. Bluetooth connection is easy but stupidly loud chime when it connects. I'd prefer if lights would dim a little more (you can turn them off if you don't want them). Control panel allows temp to be set up to 151F and time up to 90min. It heats up at about 20 degrees every ten minutes. Temperature read out on the control panel has yet to reach set temp, however it's within 3% every time so not a big deal: it's more accurate than my smoker temp controller. I was skeptical about this at first since I'm used to a traditional sauna running at 200+F, but so far we're very happy with this infrared sauna. I'll follow up if it miraculously heals all that ails is!

This sauna was packaged very securely upon arrival. It is simple to put together; you really need 2 people. Although I haven't been using this sauna for very long, I can say that I look forward to it every evening. I am turning 50 this year and I am making my sauna sessions a part of my daily wellness routine. I sleep so good after using and can already tell a difference in my "stiffness" in the morning. If you are contemplating getting one go for it!!

Assembly of the sauna was seamless. All pieces assembled as advertised. Took it through a trial run after assembly. Reached 120 F in 20 minutes. All the lighting options including red light therapy are a plus. Plenty of room for 2 average sized adults. Arrived free of damage as it was packaged extremely well.

Sauna is awesome and easy to put together. We just got it in last week and have already used it almost daily. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is the shipping/delivery. Not a bad experience, just very little communication and just showed up on the day of delivery. Otherwise it was packaged very well and we had it together in under an hour. We were able to put together with just 2 people fine.

Oh My! I cannot rave about this enough. My husband and I use it about 5 times a week. At first it was draining - now we have more energy afterwards. I did a lot of research on infrared saunas and this one met all the requirements. We combine the sauna with fasting and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My skin glows, people say I look 50 (I am 71) and I am down to a size 6. This sauna was a game changer.
