Very well packed. 10 minutes outside 38 degrees its almost 600 degrees first time so trying to burn off. Definitely 2 people helps to assemble I have done this grill except 5 burner with side heating. Took me 1hr to assemble just the base the top just sets on 3/8" pipe the other was 1/2" so only getting to 600 degrees. Not bad. ... show more

This item replaces a 6 year old Weber which succumbed to the salt air and heat of Houston. This item cooks well except when it is windy. Its a light weight compared to grill it replaces and time will tell if it holds up and earns a good rating; Right now I think it is a good deal based on price and performance to date. ... show more
