I wanted to add to my line of business but didn't want to fork over a lot of money just in case it didn't work out. Luckily for the price of this machine, I couldn't say no. Ordering: Ordering was quick per usual. Delivery comes from China, and was expected to arrive to my home within 7 business days. However, it did ship quick and 3 days later after ordering, it was at my front door. Unboxing: It comes in a really nice wood crate, that is well padded. Nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. Computer Set Up: I was trying to use my Mac VM to boot into windows so I didnt have to by another computer. It had a lot of connectivity issues, so I ended up going to Best Buy and getting a very cheap windows computer that would be used just for this. In Windows 11 I had to enable S mode so that I could install the software from the USB provided. Luckily no anti virus blocked the install. Everything installed quickly and without issues. Software (DTF) Set up: I was having so many issues getting the printer to work. It just wasn't printing the colors it was supposed to. I think read the manual and found out that my settings were all incorrect. So, make sure you follow the manual! Also, make sure you save your printer config file after the changes, because it may revert back to normal. You can then select your profile in the printer dropdown and you are ready to print. So that was an easy fix after I read the manual. The print quality is very good. I do I have one issue I am still trying to overcome, and that is the white layer isn't strong enough. It's coming out striped and not solid white. Printer Set Up: Setting up the printer is super easy. Maybe it's my tech savviness that made it easy but it was a no brainer to put together. There are videos on the USB drive that will help you too, so make sure to watch them before setting it up. Filling up the ink was super easy. Doing a test print via the buttons on the printer was easy to, to get the ink moving through the lines. I'm pretty sure there was another method I could have used to get the ink through the lines in the printer but I didn't do that. Aligning the film to feed through the printer is also a challenge but once you get it, dont touch it. Oven and on: It does come with an oven. There is an image on the USB that you can print and save somewhere that give you the suggested temps and seconds for both the printer and the heat press. Sometimes I let mine run twice. It won't hurt anything. After you cure the powder, move from the oven to your heat press. 15 seconds is all it needs. But if this is something that is new to you, do not remove the film until the image has cooled somewhat. Removing it too early or while it's hot off the press will not allow the image to bond with the fabric and it will peel off or tear your image. Overall, I do not regret this printer. Its functions and if you read the manual and watch the videos, you will have no issues. Remember, this isn't like a traditional printer. Take your time and you might solve your own issues along the way.

Was not working when arrived but I must say customer service was excellent they are 12 hr ahead of us so late nite service center understandably they are in china they had to send new parts but was right on it parts came fast online help was outstanding on helping me restore the non working parts it was very easy with their help. The company compensate d me for my problems and gave more ink supplies stand up company thank you so much and I would buy again and recommend them for their service team.

I really like this printer. In the beginning, I was having a hard time setting it up, but once I got connected with the tank, they helped me diagnose what was going on and it was just as simple as cleaning heads I went from printing, unrecognizable pictures to perfect pictures full of color. The printer is really good quality of color and the print speed is outstanding. Definitely worth the purchase.

Maquina sé como dicen que es fácil de usarla. Cuando es difícil, he estado contactándome con el servicio y es difícil, ellos son compradores en China pero no tienen para uno llamar y hablar de persona para que te ayuden, hay que estar en el WhatsApp para que te puedan ayudar, y no hablan español, sólo en inglés no estoy segura de tener la máquina porque la veo un poquito complicada, no pinté bien y ellos no me han podido ayudar en lo que yo tengo la necesidad, tenía que esperar nueve horas para que me ayude y yo escuché todas las críticas, la vi y todo eran buenas, pero veo que son falsas está muy difícil así que no se dejen engañar

I received my printer on Wednesday, I didn’t set it up until Saturday. Very easy to set up, but I could not get it to print. Got it touch with the support team on Sunday. Daisy was very helpful, answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her help, I’m a little older and not up on tech language but again she was great.
