The media could not be loaded. I really like this DVK Cast Iron Skillet Set! The cast iron heats evenly and holds temperature well, which makes it perfect for fajitas, steaks, and other sizzling dishes. The wooden base is a nice touch and makes for a great presentation while also protecting my counters and table. I also appreciate the removable handles – they make it safer and easier to move the hot skillets. Skillets are a little smaller than I expected, so if you’re cooking for more than two people, you might have to do multiple batches.

I’ve been wanting to get a set like this to serve hot, sizzling dishes — like steaks, pasta, and more — just like at a restaurant. This set has been awesome! I use it for veggies, breakfast pancakes, and even for baking in the oven. Sometimes I’ll throw some eggplant and sauce in the pan, bake it until it’s bubbling, then put it straight onto the wooden plate and bring it to the table. It seriously feels like eating out at a restaurant!
