We ordered both a water softener and a tannin filter system. Before they were even shipped we received a call from customer support to confirm the order and to coordinate getting matching brine tanks for both systems. The install was quick and easy with the instructions provided. After installing we realized the meter unit on the tannin filter had a leak. We reached out and were immediately sent a new metering unit. The customer service was amazing and this is an excellent product. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I definitely would.

I purchased this unit after replacing hot water heater. Original unit was undersized. If you are replacing existing system typical homeowner with handyman skills can replace within one day. Comes with installation video which I think is better than the technical manual Most importantly you will not feel the full effects off soft water until 4 to 6 weeks after installation. I use less soap and my clothes and dishes are cleaner than ever with the proper water softener
