I got a stick stuck in the side of the chain, next to the top part of the handle, that could not get pulled out. So, I returned it.

The quality of the saw overall is great. The safety and functionality of this equipment is grade "A". It's easy to use and the perfect size for keeping my yard in order. In addition, I simply love this saw's tensioner mechanism. You don't have to use a screwdriver to tighten the chain. Yaaay!!! The only thing missing on this beautiful and great device is an auto chain oiler that would make this saw a super and outstanding piece of equipment for those who want it all. Nontheless, it's not a deal breaker and earns my five star vote.

This product is great. I just took down a mulberry bush with ease with this mini chain saw. What power it has for the size it is. Highly recommended it and will use it on other bushes in my yard to trim down.
