This chair seems to be identical to other chairs on Amazon except that this was the cheapest option. Any worries that this was a low-quality knockoff were allayed by the actual product. It is sturdy, well-built, easy to put together and comfortable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It is a very good chair at a reasonable price. Please follow the instructions to the letter and be careful not to strip the screws or the screw holes. The only tool you will need is furnished. The use of the piece that raises or lowers it has instructions on that piece and it is easy to use once you get used to it and know how to lock and unlock it. One person can do it all but two might make it easier. I will buy another in a couple of months. ... show more

Overall, the chair is comfortable. Easy assembly but during its travels, one of the pieces became a little bent which made it difficult to slide into its adjoining piece. This chair was relatively easy to put together, and it’s great quality. Since it’s ergonomic, the back support is good, the seat cushion is supportive, and the wheels roll very well. The size is great as well. It’s definitely not oversized, but average office chair size.

This is a pretty basic chair that doesn't recline, but be sure to install the base with the "front" at the same place as the "front" sign on the bottom of the seat. This will give much more support to your legs than it would if you had installed it in the reverse position, resulting in the seat slanting down. Also, the review that said it could be assembled in 10 minutes was wildly inaccurate. I have an M.I.T. degree, and it took me an hour and 15 minutes, including struggling with one screw hole that did not really fit the screw provided (some WD-40 and a lot of elbow grease got it to "fit.") Finally, the cushion is small, as has been mentioned, but should fit anyone not "plus-sized." Sitting on this relatively hard cushion for more than 10 minutes is another matter; you might want to add a pillow. ... show more

I'm not fat but chair is too small for any adult who is normal size. Constantly wants your body to slide off the front of chair. Makes you sit up more than straight and no adjustment is available that will stop you from falling forward onto the floor. You must keep your feet firmly on the floor to stop it from dumping you out. As also the wheels constantly fall of making the chair actually dangerous. Love to send it back but would have to disassemble it, somehow pack it up, send it back.
